FYI, the Yars' Revenge IS the 2600 version. That is a custom made, one-off cabinet made by the late great Darrell Donner of Lincoln City, Oregon. It is running a 2600 inside. It was one of Darrell's favorite games. He was a big time volunteer and collaborator for the PRGE arcade, bringing truckloads of games and setting everything up before his passing.
Nice arcade! I love it when conventions have these! Some great designs on arcade cabinets. Six man X-Men?!? That would be wild to play with six people! Pinball and Centipede are the machines that got most of my quarters back in the day and are ones I still never go to an arcade without playing. Love the trackball on Centipede! My favorite pinball machines are the ones where if you score a certain amount of points, a plunger pops up between the flippers to help keep the ball from going between them. I also love the ones with more than two flippers like Bally's Flip Flop. I'm so glad that pinball machines are still being made! They are marvels of invention. I love the mechanical aspect of them. I see there's a Carnival cabinet there. Not one I see too often. I'd play it if I saw it somewhere. I love the port of it for the VCS. It's a nearly perfect port given the console's limitations. It really is a good idea to have multiples of the really popular arcades at an event like this so people don't have to wait in line too often or have to come back later to play it. Lots of games here that I really like. Gauntlet games are nuts when playing them with friends. Good times. Thanks for sharing!
Great arcade walk thru Brett. I'm east coast, so hard to get over there. When you get a chance look up Scott Leftwich. He has an arcade in his home in Winston Salem, NC he opens up. Wieners and Losers.. Appreciate what you do
@BrettWeissRetroGamer last played Popeye arcade at the long island expo when I met The Immortal John Hancock was very cool my daughter was in the cosplay was a really fun day.

Don't see the Klax cabinet very often. Wish I had one. Love Klax.
It was a great show and I’m already looking forward to next year!
I love the sound effects of some of the early games. Star Castle and Wizard of War both come to mind.
@@Gen-X-Memories Yes! Berzerk and Gorf are the first two I thought of 😁
@@BrettWeissRetroGamer Yeah, I love the crashing sound on Gorf when go from a finished stage to a new one.
