Right! Like that was actually genius. I could imagine myself playing Akshan and roaming through out the lane. There's so many scenarios you could put yourself in as mid laner, giving a one up for your jungler.
💡Ex. Akshan decides to push minions hard mid. Then rotate towards top for an easy pick. If Right Herald, and enemy red buff is up. Ping jungler to rotate enemy side and capture red buff. If enemy jungler is in the jungle, 2v1 for easy kill. If not, clear the red buff, grab rift hard, then rotate top. As your clearing red buff, take a look at top lane and ask yourself. "Akshan, if I rotate top w/ my jungler can we get an easy gank?". If yes! SAVE SUMM'S. 'W' into the back side of top lane. Pick up the kill, then mid, jg, and top, rotate towards rift herald. The jungler can drop right herald top, clear plates, and get the tower (with all 3 of us pushed) +300 gold (min.) off of that. Akshan, tp back to lane, get items, them rotate back mid. BOOM! Big brain play.
Just wanted to drop an idea here for any other aspiring Akshan players. GLHF in the Rift ladies and gents 🙋🏿♂
Quick tips for moments like 2:36
Instead of hooking onto the close wall, hook to the far wall and swing toward your enemy. You’ll have more swing time, more autos on swing, and it’s not very predictable.
Another random note is that his R will execute any minions hit. If you need to push a wave it’s an easy way to clear for a roam since his ult isn’t always useful. Locking ult onto the enemy they will back up behind the minions or tower and you can adjust to clear the wave from there.

I like what akshan has. The boomerang, the grappling hook for mobility, the revive and stealth ability. I love his playstyle and his kit! (:
As far as fun champions go I reckon they have nailed a lot of what makes league fun with him!
@3 Minute League of Legends what I also love about him that his movements are very distracting. So they will most likely never know what hit them.

Yes even when going over all his kit I’m just like, why does his kit just have weird passives hidden everywhere? Crazy champion 😂
I've been practising with Akshan but it has not been going well... So I came to look for a guide. I like the info. The infinite swing is hard to actually make useful sadly.
But I had one thing; I think Ruunan's Hurricane is literally his best item. So I try to build kraken into runaan's into wit's end. It's the highest attack speed item, so more passive + kraken DMG, then split shot adds those effects to 3 targets

@@3MinuteLeagueofLegendsgaleforce! Playing more games now, sometimes I skip wit's end if I don't think I need the MR and take Gale.
I take Gale on most squishy ADs as a personal preference. The short dash is invaluable for repositioning
@@3MinuteLeagueofLegends playing more games now too, I'm starting to drop wits altogether in favour of Gale. Sometimes you get caught on Akshan and you can't grapple away, but Gale can push you in a direction to get the swing off, and that has just been too useful. Then the Runaan's turn you into a farming God + all the dmg
I know it's been a month now already but I completely disagree. Ruunans is not a very good item on him in my opinion, you don't need the added wave clear since you have q and have so much wave clear inherently, you don't do too much with the extra attack speed and crit, the attack speed you get through items that synergize with his double shot better, like kraken slayer and bork and the crit gets converted if you buy rageblade. Akshan doesn't lack in damage, so giving up rageblade for more crit burst doesn't seem necessary to me and using ruunans then only gives a mild advantage in teamfights where enemies are clumped but Akshan thrives in picking people off and flanking, so you don't really want to rely on 5 v 5 teamfights where you have to get close enough to potentially get burst down yourself.

I stopped playing about 10 days ago though. I was having fun, but the LoL community is genuinely too austistic and toxic to actually enjoy the game. Last day I played, I played 7 games and 6 of them were troll games. 2 were just trolls who joined the game purely to troll, 2 were troll picks like teemo Jung, and 2 were people on the team getting pissed and int'ing. Honestly I think they were both Kayn players? Diving , dying, then blaming the team. Suddenly I looked up at my clock and realised I've actually just allowed my entire day to be wasted. So I uninstalled.

That’s a funky idea! I see a very small percentage do, and I guess if you’re fighting all the time it’s viable but it just seem like you’re missing out on why you pick him - which is to hard push the lane and look for amazing roams!
only good for onhit build tho

Why is on hit better than crit?? I see some otps build crit only on akshan
Good question and hopefully simple answer - he shoots twice which makes on hit super good on him! This doesn’t mean Crit is bad either, if you’re against a super tanky team I’d probably lean towards a Crit build and as his ultimate scales with Crit it’s definitely viable - but for the most past shooting twice just makes on hit great!

His range sucks. His Ult REALLY sucks. He needs a MUCH faster cooldown on his E. Overall not fun to play.
His double shot with being able to cancel it for the movement speed allowing him to dip in and out of fights is pretty strong though no?
@@3MinuteLeagueofLegends the problem is his limited range means he's always within dive range of most champions.
his ult sucks to compensate for the fact the rest of his kit is stupidly overloaded already
@@lillyie he's been repeatedly needed the last two patches. In a straight up 1v1 he sucks if the enemy isn't squishy and you've built straight ad
