Thank you so much for your videos on H. Pylori! I’ve been dealing with this for 8 months. I’ve learned more from you than 8 months of doctors and nurse practitioners.
Thanks a lot sis! I just came across your videos today after making dua last night for Allah to heal me. I see your videos as a sign. I’ve been suffering from all the symptoms for the last 5 months but gotten worse the last 2 months that i quit my job. The pains are so intense that i think I’m having a heart attack and just want to rip my clothes from my chest. I’m going to see a GI doctor next week in sha Allah and also start eliminating fried foods and reduce meat from my diet as i notice those make it worse now that im tracking my foods everyday. Thank you so very much.
Can you please share with me what IV therapy you had? I am literally suffering with horrible pylori symptoms. I would really appreciate your response. Thank you.
For those who tested positive START eliminating those food triggers a.s.a.p. the FODMAP diet could be beneficial, but for the most part dairy, meat, Gluten, fried, spicy, and processed foods are no bueno. It seems like I am one of the few who can't eat meat. If you can, make sure you're not having those symptoms. If you are, be honest slowly start to eliminate. Everything she said is true. I am living it. This gave me hope and a boost to 100% let go of junk food/processed foods until I can eat it again. Most people, who have overcome this will tell you they might have slowly returned back to the foods, after healing, but in very small portion if any. You can do it. Si si puede. I am living proof you can heal, but don't keep digressing because then you extend the time for healing and cause more damage.
Hello. Did you take prescriptions or herbs. Can you share how you treated this insane illness. I have insane panic attacks with this and severe depression😩😩😩😩😩😞
Leaving comment for the algorithm because I really appreciated this video. Best video on h pylori on UA-cam. I’ve watched a lot of videos on h pylori but this one is the most comprehensive. Thank you!
I had been watching videos related to H. Pylori issues since long, but have never watched anything from a detrition perspective. I must Say Dr. Nour has Excellently explained things I didn't knew earlier. Thanks so very much. Great job done.
Thank you for your sweet words. As a dietitian, I try to focus on building up and repairing the stomach lining as well as esophagus, throat and the whole digestive tract with food and supplements. Sadly doctors just give antibiotics and stop there. Best wishes with your health
Hi Im really glad listening to this video concise and detailed simple to understand. I think it would be beneficial since you are a dietitian maybe you can share as well the foods that helps during the infection in conjunction with the treatment/antibiotic regimen. thank you
You are a life saver!!!! I was diagnosed with hpylori just before Covid and couldn't finished the treatment it made so nauseous!!! I started to feel it again with all the symptoms. I'm going to check again and hope to get it out of my system,Incha Allah. May Allah bless you🥰
This was very informative. I have quite a few of the symptoms and think I have an ulcer at this point because I get knawing and burning. I'm unable to digest red meat. I can usually tolerate juicing celery and cucumbers, smoothies, eggs , tuna, cabbage and romaine lettuce. Now everything is giving me acid reflux and gas even water.
Thank you so much. I have all of this . Two yrs. There are moments when I heal/feel great, but once I deviate from vegan diet or eat processed foods/large meals. I feel horrible and of course kind of digress. I will go 3-6 months without junk then a party or celebration comes and I digress. I can't have alcohol, meat, spicy foods, everything you said... plus meat at all worst trigger. The great news is changing my diet helped me to lose 30-40 Ibs. I feel better overall, not sluggish or fatigue once I got my diet planned. It was sooo rough going vegan at first. You have to plan.
I just got this and I’m scared because I’m young and I don’t want to go to the hospital and die 🥺😖 I’m so scared thanks 🙏🏽 for this really helpful video but does anyone know how to treat this? Please text back. 🥺🙏🏽
Sean, yes I just got this too diagnosed with covid around in hospitals everywhere and it can feel scary. But I'm much older and it still feels scary. I've taken the FODMAP diet now for 9 months and it's got rid of my symptoms. So give this a go via your GP or look up FODMAP maybe through Monash University Then when your gut has calmed down you can try this lady here for advice or drink matula tea, or manuka honey, or mastic gum, or if all else fails the antibiotics. The chances of stomach cancer are low as over half the world's population have this bacteria in their gut and have since humans existed. If you start with good diet now it's hardly likely it will develop into something serious. So take good care and relax and enjoy life.
Another Life-saving Video from you. Can you please make another video how chronic ileitis can be diagnosed? What needs to be done for its treatments and tests for frequent burns in the lower abdomen. Would really appreciate it. Thank you so much.
I had a serious acid reflux one midnight in April. Throughout May and the first week in June, the stomach was terrible. Today I was diagnosed with Helicobacter pylori infection and undergo treatment.
Thanks for the info. Developed it this summer. 2.78 was my number. I am on a second round of antibiotics and finally having some good days. I had to insist on the test because my doctor would not look beyond an IBS C diagnosis I had on my chart even though I hadn’t had any IBS issues for two years. All she wanted to do was prescribe expensive IBS meds. Needless to say I am looking for a new doctor.
My test came out a scary 11! I haven't taken the antibiotics as I wanted first to trial matula tea after having worked on my diet for last 9 months. Agree about doctors. I was told for the last 15 years that I probably just had IBS and was given a leaflet to work on diet back then. The diet did help ward off the symptoms. But last summer during lockdown I developed bad heart pains and contacted doctor. GP decided, without seeing me as only phone calls due to lockdown, that I may have Heart problems and promptly referred me to a cardiologist. Cardiologist put me on aspirin, GTN spray, betablockers again without an examination as over phone. Said it was a precaution. After 2 months of aspirin I was in agony begging cardiologist to take me off. He refused until I had had a CT angiogram as was on wait list. Instead GP subscribed PPIs to counter the effects of the aspirin by lower stomach acid. I was in even more agony and against cardiologist advice came off everything. Eventually seen by GP who diagnosed heartburn and suggested more PPIs. I refused. Did my own research, asked for hyplori test which came out positive and I probably have developed ulcers from the aspirin overuse. So now antibiotics prescribed. Please let me know how you get on with the antibiotics as my level of hyplori is now so high I'll probably have to use.
@@conradcoleby I have a friend who had a nurse remove IBS off her chart so doctors would stop using that as an excuse to look no further. Probiotics helped me tremendously but taking a double dose. I've been free for two months and I am finally have pain free days. Not every day but the pain free time is now outnumbering the pain times.
Thank you! That is the best explanation ever! I've watched a few videos and they didn't cover half as much as you. My grandfather who was born in 1891 used to tell me to chew food 20 times. My doctors prescribed triple therapy but didn't give me any advice about diet.
And I have been living with this for about six months before I finally went to a doctor as you can imagine just started treatment a few days ago and it's really bad some mornings but thank you so much for sharing I really enjoy the video of what to eat with this infection hopefully 8:00 bring some comfort you know in the mornings it's very hard to get up and get ready and get out the door for work when you're crippled on the couch you know
This is by far the most informative video I've seen on the subject and super happy it's coming from a dietician because simply getting on meds isn't enough. I'm slowly learning that you need to monitor your diet and treat your body differently than before. I was diagnosed with H Pylori via stool test 5 days ago and meds have already improved so many symptoms but they still flare up if I eat trigger foods like bread, spicy food, or milk. The doctors just hand you medication but they don't tell you any of this. I'm still learning to eating differently via trial and error, and I think that's the most difficult part of all of this, learning what to and what not to eat, how much to eat, how frequently to eat, etc. I'm also wondering if I should lift weights during treatment.
Are you clear? I failed the first antibiotics, started off great with first dose second dose I had blurry vision and my left foot started to itch and feel numb.
@@MegaDjspike how are you feeling today ? I’ve been treated in the past twice with antibiotics and the infection keeps coming back . Right now I’m having symptoms again but this time I’m not doing another round of antibiotics , Instead I’m trying a natural option but so far my symptoms haven’t improved.
@@nikkyshairades9078 not completely , it can go into remission naturally but you don’t really get rid of it . It’s not as simple as it sounds. Antibiotics not only kill the bad bacteria but also the good bacteria in your microbiome and chances are , your h-pylori has become resistant to the antibiotics, that’s why a round , or even a second round of antibiotics won’t do it . This bacteria has lived among us for a long time and since we’ve been exposed to antibiotics before (in many occasions some times , through the food and drug prescribed) it won’t die so easily. I’m not a doctor but I say all this based on my own experience and the information I’ve found from good sources . Dr. Berg is one of them and in my opinion , the best.
@@MegaDjspike I didn't get a retest until 7 months later and they said I didn't have h pylori anymore. I still have gastritis flare-ups here and there but it's improved a lot. I can eat pretty much anything I want as long as I don't eat too much at once or too late into the evening. Took over a year though to get to this point.
I got tested positive for h pylori today. My symptoms were digestion issues, weakness and fatigue, excessive burping and bad breath. Also stomach discomfort and dull pain which was come and go type. Excessive burping and bad breath are the ones that I noticed late...and got diagnosed 8 weeks after the problem started. Burping even in morning after drinking water on empty stomach was also a symptom.
Thank you for all your information. Just diagnosed with this today I've had this problem for years I've lost over 15 lbs in 3 months I hope the medication works I feel so sick after eating like stuck in my throat.im kinda embarrassed that I have this
Me too. Lost over stone in weight. FODMAP diet got rid of my symptoms except for weight loss. You can try that. Plenty of information online, see Monash University. Please share how you get on with the antibiotics. I think I'll try herbal route first but my test result was high at 11 so may need to go antibiotics route.
I’m a 78 y/o male. I’ve had problems with constipation for many years. It got much worse after 45 radiation treatments for prostate cancer six years ago. Fast forward three years… I had a very bad sinus infection. The doctor finally prescribed the Z-Pack antibiotic which cleared up the infection. After taking this drug I had very little if any constipation for a year, then it slowly came back. I believe I must have an infection like h pylori. I’m tired of doctors telling me I don’t. If I came to you with this story, what would your first thoughts be? TYVM.
I tested positive for Hpylori.I have been struggling with it for a very long time.I took antibiotics but feeling a bit better.Hopefully i will recover fully
Thanks for the video. Does taking zinc-l-carnosine recently affects the test results of h pylori breath test? Like causing false negative when a real infection is going on?
This was so incredibly informative, with such great tips that were easy to understand. It took me an hour to get through the video because I kept pausing and going back to make sure I got all the notes I wanted. THANK YOU so much!
Glad to hear that it was helpful and information! let us know if you have questions and please contact us if you need personalized diet and natural remedies.
@Shumila Malik Here are my notes! Check for h. Pylori Labs done at quest (stool sample) GERD could be a possibility Because this is centered around the bone at the center bottom of the ribs, and the gnawing hunger pains/ache Would a protein shake be a good choice instead of food? "Stool digestive health panel" - good for seeing if I have enough good bacteria, and disbiosis, h. Pylori, etc. Reduce h. Pylori numbers and help build up lining of gut: Mastic gum Zinc carnazine Glutamine Burburine Bismuth Aloe Vera + dgl + marshmallow root Okra, the gel helps line the gut High antioxidant and rich anti-inflammatory diet Diet/lifestyle tips: 1. Eat slowly. 2. Chewing food thoroughly. 2. Don't drink lots of water with meals (H20 is Ph7 or 8, and your stomach needs to be Ph2 to properly digest food). 3. Cooking/steaming food, lots of benefit. Simmer with liquid, better than dry, grilled food. 4. Avoid huge salads, lots amount of fiber. 5. Avoid processed foods, sugars, alcohol and anything else that creates inflammation. 6. Do not try taking hydrochloric acid, digestive bitters or raw apple cider vinegar, it makes h. Pylori burrow deeper into stomach lining and harder to eradicate (it's like getting a massage w/ a sunburn) 7. H. Pylori is a gram negative bacteria, so don't overwhelm system with lots of supplements.
Yes, finally eradicated the beast! I'm not a doctor, 1st thing i'd suggest is to see your family Dr. Your Dr. will confirm H Pylori via tests, blood & specific balloon breath test(checks the amount of bacteria in gut). If confirmed, Dr. could prescribe a combination of antibiotics(2 different kinds for the bacteria) & medication to deal with acid reflux(like Nexium), this is a 7 day course(75-80% successful). If this is not successful most likely be referred to a specialist for a stronger course of antibiotics. Depending what part of the world you live in Dr. could refer you to a Gastroenterologist(specialist gut) from the outset. If this happens more than likely be sent off for more tests & possible procedures such as Colonoscopy, Endoscopy etc. the second batch of medications are less common, stronger & more expensive & can only be prescribed by a Gastroenterologist(specialist gut). Full recovery depends on the person, could take upto a year(conventional treatment). Treatment includes diet on what can be eaten, here they call it a FODMAP Diet. @@danielagentile8049
@@NourZibdeh Thanks for the video. Does taking zinc-l-carnosine recently affects the test results of h pylori breath test? Like causing false negative when a real infection is going on?
I'm happy to have seen this video. I've been diagnosed with hpilory a few months ago. Got 2 antibiotics and a stomach pill. But 1 of the antibiotics made me very sick. The doctor said that I have to wait 6 months before I can start a new treatment. Is that true??? And how long can you live with this bacteria? I think I have had this for a long long time. Only now they have finally found it in my system.
Guess your doctor wants you to wait so that you don't build up drug resistance. In the meantime,. Eat fresh Aloe vera. Eat rosemary herb. Drink clove tea, drink cinnamon tea. Drink thyme tea. All this and 3 different antibiotics worked. Finished taking herbs before the drugs.
Thank you kindly for such clear and detailed information. I have a couple of questions: 1) My family doctor thinks most of the population has h. pylori and can live symptom free. Why do some people with h. pylori have symptoms and others don’t? 2) You mentioned that h. pylori is transferable through saliva so let’s say a person goes through triple therapy and successfully eradicates h. pylori. But if their partner also has h. pylori but is symptom free, wouldn’t they again pass on h. pylori to the poor soul who just went through triple therapy and eradicate it? In this case, going through triple therapy would be a complete waste of time, wouldn’t it?
My hyplori symptoms came on after an operation followed by some chest pain which led to PPIs which I understand lower stomach acid. Then of all things being prescribed aspirin during lockdown because Doctor suddenly worried that my ongoing chest pain might be heart related. Was in agony after 2 months on aspirin and PPIs. I only know now that PPIs lower stomach acid and aspirin creates ulcers. Did my own research and asked for hyplori test which came back positive. Looking back I think I had hyplori in gut for years as had occasional bloating and abdominal pain off and on which GP guessed was IBS abd gave me a leaflet on diet. Diet did help. It's only through sharing information this way that we can help each other as most Practitioners rely on an income and so haven't time to reply to all our queries I guess. Please share how you get on.
My 25 year old son has had severe pain in abdomen for a month. After rounds with GPs, we moved to a gastroenterologist who has done a endoscopy and taken a stomach lining sample for test.. culture. From appearance he has concluded pangastritis and duodenitis. We are vegetarians and follow whole food plant based nutrition. Controlled salt, oil and sugar. Supplements of vit b12 and vit D as defined for this food habit. Question is, how did he get it. He rarely eats outside street food. Has Chai outside. He ate some mom's from a regular shop and pain started the next day. Is h pylori attack so fast. My family doc tried regular stuff b4 sending us to the specialist. Can u throw light on incubation periods etc. Yours has been the best video on this subject. We are followers of Dr Michael Greger method.
Thank you Nour- this was a great video- really informative! I have been diagnosed with a stomach ulcer/Malt lymphoma/H Pylori; the doctors are going to get me on some antibiotics (I’ll check on your list), but I’ve already started changing my diet to be proactive; I’ll add okra to the list! I love okra and other Middle Eastern/Indian foods. Thank you- I’ll keep watching 😊
Very informative! Thank you for sharing this information. My child had H.pylori and did the antibiotic therapy. He is fed through a feeding tube. I give him a homemade bone broth, probiotics and kefir through his tube. I was wondering if I added okra to my bone broth would it have the same effects? Are there any other natural preventive foods that I can use through his tube that would help if liquefied. Is green teas good? I have difficulty eating beef. Should I get checked to see if I am a carrier of H. Pylori? I manage soft foods easier. Thank you!
Hi I cannot thank you enough for this information.I just be diagnosed H.pylori after 3 years suffering. @Patience Mangunda Ask your GP for the FODMAP Diet. Been on this 9 months after being diagnosed hyplori and now largely symptom free. But my GP still would like me to take the antibiotics as hyplori still present on retesting. I'm unsure whether to try herbs instead. How did you get on with the antibiotics?
Excellent and concise video. I have h pylori and have eradicated it before but my wife keeps infecting me (she is actually lucky enough to be asymptomatic). The thing that most helped me was colloidal silver. I can even tell a difference with 5 parts per million (ppm) silver. I suggest taking it on an empty stomach, but if you suffer from low stomach acid like I do, it can be taken right after a potentially harmful (bacteria-infected) food (like days-old leftovers).
Hey! your wife needs to get on H Pylori herbal protocol or you have to keep your distance :) (joking but for real... it will keep coming back!) Silver works for some people -- glad it worked for you -- but be careful with heavy metal issues. Best wishes!

yeah, i have been having dizzy spells more often recently. I went 2 rounds of antibiotics and they both failed. I'm struggling right now trying to find a GI doctor and get an endoscopy. What is it like for you, if you don't mind mind asking? Did you have treatments?
I first noticed the problem when I started having bad breath. I kept bring this up to my Doctors and they seem to not know what to do about it. I've gone to the dentist to make sure it wasn't an oral issue and he told me it wasn't It was digesave issue. Hey im going through the same thing. Been suffering from bad breath for 3yrs Ive seen a video where a doctor said it also migrates in the mouth, and yes its true. Its in my mouth and tested positive.
I was experiencing both IBS and SIBO symptoms for years and years. Finally, I got a medical answer abt these symptoms as h-pylori showed in my blood test.

Hi doctor I just finished my treatment with antibiotics and will need to be retested in two weeks from now. I still have symptoms from h pylori. Is that normal? Also should I take any supplements post treatment? Thank you in advance!
Jazaki Allah khairan, that was very informative. have just been diagnosed with it. Dr. has prescribed nexium every morning for a couple of weeks before we start antibiotics.. did i understand you correctly when you said the bacteria thrives in a less acidic environment? wouldn't the nexium be helping it live then?
I'm finding it confusing too. Reading loads of online scientific papers I've concluded that no-one really knows for sure. Mainly it seems that the bacteria dislikes the stomach acid and so will try and avoid it by burrowing into the stomach lining creating ulcers. There it avoids the high stomach acid and is able to colonise thus creating ulcers and the other symptoms. I'm also confused about the cancer link. I've read hyplori infection increases the risk of stomach cancer but is associated with less risk of oesophagus cancer. So is hyplori really the culprit of cancer if it seems correlated with a reduced incidence of upper gastro cancer? Really confusing picture and I guess the gastroendrocologists are trying to figure it all out. But us sharing our failures and successes here is probably quicker and faster than that happening. Please share your experiences
May Allah bless you sister, this has been really useful, I feel I suffer from this and am currently undergoing tests. When I have a flare up I usually suffer from sinus related symptoms at the same time is this normal?
This video has been very helpful. I have going to contact my gp in the morning. I have been suffering with symptoms on and off for 2 weeks now. But it has been alot more severe this this past 4 days. I have been feeling upper abdominal pain and discomfort, belching alot, fatigue, nausea, farting, decreased appetite (could be due to fear of symptoms return ing).
Would a probiotic help treat H pylori? Is it advisable to take a probiotic while on antibiotics to treat H pylori? Thanks for the video, very informative and well done.
I definitely wish I had taken probiotics while on antibiotics. I had to learn that lesson the hard way! I also wish I had included a biofilm disrupter (bismuth, aka Pepto Bismol; lauric acid which is in coconut oil, aka monolaurin; and/or NAC, aka N-acetyl-L-cysteine). I did have the good sense to have a "binder" on hand, and thank goodness because the die off reaction, especially the first few days on the antibiotics, was terrifying. Unfortunately, the antibiotics did not work for me. Perhaps if I had included these items, they would have, but who knows... The route I'm taking now is working better than anything I've tried thus far, and I've been batting this monster for two years. You can look up VitaminJ7734 here on UA-cam and watch his three videos to learn more. He's awesome. He answers questions too. His videos changed everything for me. I hope you feel better soon.
thank you ! i was diagnosed with h.Pylori, and i was prescribed antibiotics. i have an HCL supplement, but instead of taking it, you said give some time for healing. is there a way you recommend for actual healing that doesn't involve antibiotics? Thanks a lot sis! I just came across your videos today after making dua last night for Allah to heal me. I see your videos as a sign. I’ve been suffering from all the symptoms for the last 5 months but gotten worse the last 2 months that i quit my job. The pains are so intense that i think I’m having a heart attack and just want to rip my clothes from my chest. I’m going to see a GI doctor next week in sha Allah and also start eliminating fried foods and reduce meat from my diet as i notice those make it worse now that im tracking my foods everyday. Thank you so very much.
This is the best information concerning H Pilori I had it for years. I went to a holistic Dr and she did IV therapy. I no longer have it.

I agree
What a beautiful soul! I prayed for this message to help my mom🙏

Did you eradicate the bacteria 🦠?
I have been following Dr Eric Berg for a while now on this topic and it’s been life changing… I also found this video very informative… thank you 🙏🏼
Thank you! Dr Berg is great and I’m glad to hear this is helpful too! Best wishes
Same here, I'm full after a couple of sips of water and burping just from water, even talking, its terrible, I feel like the man n the Thinner movie.

I’m diagnosed with IBS but I wonder if it could be h pylori.
I had a serious acid reflux one midnight in April. Throughout May and the first week in June, the stomach was terrible. Today I was diagnosed with Helicobacter pylori infection and undergo treatment.
Are you feeling better now?
Sorry to hear that and I hope the treatment gets gives you relief. I know it’s tough from what my patients experience. Hang in there!

@@jackiealv6547 have you been able to get rid of it?please help
Very well explained,I really wanted to know what's going on with me as recently I got diagnosed with h pylori
I went in another direction by increasing salt and took pepsin with bitters. Salt is directly bacteriocidal to hpylori and it increases stomach acid.
@@NourZibdeh I need
@Shumila Malik Here are my notes!
Check for h. Pylori
Labs done at quest (stool sample)
GERD could be a possibility
Because this is centered around the bone at the center bottom of the ribs, and the gnawing hunger pains/ache
Would a protein shake be a good choice instead of food?
"Stool digestive health panel" - good for seeing if I have enough good bacteria, and disbiosis, h. Pylori, etc.
Reduce h. Pylori numbers and help build up lining of gut:
Mastic gum
Zinc carnazine
Glutamine
Burburine
Bismuth
Aloe Vera + dgl + marshmallow root
Okra, the gel helps line the gut
High antioxidant and rich anti-inflammatory diet
Diet/lifestyle tips:
1. Eat slowly.
Pylori burrow deeper into stomach lining and harder to eradicate (it's like getting a massage w/ a sunburn)
7. H. Pylori is a gram negative bacteria, so don't overwhelm system with lots of supplements.
After eradication of H Pylori, what are the top 10 foods to incorporate within your diet? Is Kefir a good choice?
Did u eradicate it
Did you get rid of h pylori? What can you suggest, if so?
If this happens more than likely be sent off for more tests & possible procedures such as Colonoscopy,
Endoscopy etc. the second batch of medications are less common, stronger & more expensive & can only be prescribed by a Gastroenterologist(specialist gut).
Full recovery depends on the person, could take upto a year(conventional treatment).
Treatment includes diet on what can be eaten, here they call it a FODMAP Diet.

Same doubt for reinfection
I heard you can lower it down, and not worry about it flaring you. Would need a complete diet change and get probiotics a lot.

Excellent and concise video. I have h pylori and have eradicated it before but my wife keeps infecting me (she is actually lucky enough to be asymptomatic). The thing that most helped me was colloidal silver. I can even tell a difference with 5 parts per million (ppm) silver. I will not use antibiotics, but supplements and food to work on this. Can you tell please give me a better idea on what foods would be great to have in my diet? I’m not hearing a lot in the video. What are your thoughts on plain Greek yogurt for hpylori? Would love to hear from you. I appreciate you🙏🏼💙
Did you eradicate it?
And I’m taking antibiotics and it makes me sick
Please reply. How are you now?
How can I get more information on the kind of diet. Sometimes I feel great And then I’m totally flattened and fatigue. My stomach makes loud noises. I just want to feel better! The bloating is terrible!
Amazing video. Thank you so much.
Digestive issues for years-now I understand why I can't do what they suggest: HCL/ACV/Bile Salts- these all make it burn worse.
Need to heal my stomach first.
Thank you again.
Can you please share with me how to heal the stomach? Like what do you take etc? I am having this problem too. Thankyou in advamce!

Many things. Zinc Carnosine w L.Reuteri from Life Extensions, Gut L. Glutamine, no water or liquids 40 mins before after or during eating meals (2-3 oz to swallow ok)[liquids dilute your natural HCL needed to digest food then the PH doesnt get to 2.5 to close the muscles above & below stomach]
No hot or spicy, no fried foods, cut grains (for me), boil or steam any veggies (i am sticking to chard, kale, beet tops well cooked) most meats eating the ground version. Simple soups good. Eggs over medium seem to be helping (choline in egg yolk).
No eating at all after 6 pm) Organic celery juice on empty stomach but i cant get it everyday.
No more heartburn at night & morning so its working. I guess we need several months to heal stomach. Then you can start to explore things to help you digest reg food better. Long road. Getting there. Hope that helps. Not a dr just my experience so far.
So what u are saying if u have h pylori u should not take HCL,ox bile ? I have sibo, and i tested negative for h pylori on blood test.but i have so mutch digestive problems, extreme nutrient deficiency, constant low ferritin,b12,vitamin D and more.i can se my food in the toilet so i know i am not digesting food the right way. Could h pylori be the underlying cause of sibo that wobt go away? Did u have nutrient deficiency? I battle this horrible nightmare for 4 years

Hi doctor I just finished my treatment with antibiotics and will need to be retested in two weeks from now. I still have symptoms from h pylori. Is that normal? Also should I take any supplements post treatment? Thank you in advance!
Get yourself some mystic gum, and take some coconut oil in hot water daily , feel better
I have the same question. If the H.Pylori trives in acidic flora, then what they giving us is the PPI and that reduce the acidity. Very controversial.
Amazing video covering all aspect of Infections and Hoylori. Thank you mam for making this video.

Quick update took blood and stool test. Bloods came back normal. Stool found h pylori. On antibiotics now x

Amazing. So informative. Thank you for this video. I was treated once with antibiotics but it disn’t eradicate. So I have to do treatment nr 2. At no point did the doctor mention diet which is crazy. Do you have a video on antibiotic treatment and restoring the biome post-h.pylori treatment?
This is the best explanation I’ve come across. Thank you so much!
I tested positive for pylori and was placed on triple therapy treatment with ppi, clarithromycin and amoxicillin for 2 weeks, but still have symptons as usual. Fatigue, tremor esp in hands and legs, fainting feel, mushy stool with some mucus and undigested food particles etc. Doctor said I'd wait six weeks for another test and I'm worried.
Have you gotten your results?
I was just diagnosed and given same treatment. I read all the comments and not sure if this heavy antibiotics will help me.
this sucks. i have to do the same test. i was supposed to get my 2nd pfizer vax. looks like i have to postpone. ask the doctor if the h pilori you have is resistant. they should know.
Yes i also have tremors in my hands, dont digest my food, bloating like hell, low nutrient, major brain fog and fatigue, weigh loss also

Hello. My doctor diagnosed me with H Pylori. I started the antibiotics and I wish I didn’t have to take them. I hate taking prescriptions. I already woke up with puffy eyes. I got an Endoscopy due to Gerd and was was given the results for H Pylori. I will try to finish the Antibiotics for two weeks. 🙄.
Funny, Gerd got better. With these meds I’m feeling like it’s coming back.
So the triple therapy made GERD symptoms worse??? Some people are ok with them other people can’t tolerate them
I got diagnosed with h pylori recently and was prescribed flagyl, clarithromycin and Prevacid. I feel more sick than before I started.
