Well,Jess.I discovered your videos.Thanks for your overt simpathy to my country Brazil.But, Jess, quite between us: the only way a Brazilian could enjoy an Irish breakfast is in...Ireland,or in Europe. The cold weather justifies so much greasy things to compensate the energy loss caused by the cold weather.,.So thinks like pork,bacon and eggs are needed.But here in Brazil, the long term effects would be devastating as to cholesterol levels and weight increase.In a tropical country, breakfasts have to be lighter.Just milk and coffee, bread an butter ( a little) and a fruit, "in natura".My favorite is papaya.But many Brazilians are satisfied just with milk and coffee and bread and butter.Perhaps a slice of white cheese.Fruits for breakfast are a more recent entry.

Yes! haha we dont really have this for breakfast - its just a 'stereotypical' irish breakfast :P Sometimes we have this breakfast on sundays when we can relax afterwards :P

Hello Jess! Great video, like always... If you dont mind, I have a question for you about a part of irish culture... I know that Irishs have a kind of rivalry with english people, but I dont know how is the relation of irish people with the northern irish, scottish, welsh, manx and the other "nations" around Ireland... Can you explain how is the Irish thought about that? That "rivalry" occurs with all of them?
I can't picture myself eating those things right after I wake up, here in Brazil we usually have a light meal by the morning, this looks like what I could have for lunch.
