i got the t6000 after getting the t1000 for hitting 5 years clean and absolutely love them both. the t1000 was a bit big to carry so the t6000 is perfect to edc and remind myself how far iv made it. and yes i love stupidly thick overbuilt knives.
Congrats on your sobriety. Knife collecting has become my new habit after getting clean. I think about the collection I could have had with all the money I used for dope.
@@georgelin8498 congrats man and same here. iv always loved knives and had a small collection (mostly gas station knives) but sold all of them for dope. ended up getting into more expensive knives after getting clean bc i had to spend the money i made so i wouodnt keep buying dope. now seeing my colledtion really helps get me through the days when the cravings get bad.
Same here. Had both the t6000 and the T1000. I liked the hollow grind of the T1000 a bit more but it really was a little bit to big to carry. The T6000 fits just perfectly for me in my pocket so I sold the T1000
Hello fellow overbuilt knife lovers! I’ve got the T1000 but trying to convince myself I need the T6000. It would be nice if T1000 had a friend to play with.
It’s crazy. I have the zircuti version. I was waiting for the t6000 because I too thought it’s more manageable for edc. What’s nuts is that it’s so heavy and there are all those holes and vents to lower the weight and then they chose one of the HEAVIEST accent material ZIRCONIUM LOL! So it’s like let’s try to lighten the load and just add it right back in. It’s barely lighter than the T1000 so I wouldn’t buy this to save weight. But I do like the smaller size, I don’t want to freak the public out
Fantastic, absurd knife. Luckily i have larger mitts and the reverse flick is soooo satisfying, thumb flick is pretty decent as well. With practice I think you'd be able to get it.
i knew the extra lock would impair the fidget factor. still a nice knife....can't imagine the maintenance time on this if you edc for a year. nice video tho.

According to a video I saw, you can also disengage the secondary lock by repetitive baton or spine whack.
The Reate T6000 is a absolutely super great knife, a beast of a folder and I love it 😊
