1 ton = 3.5 kw , ye cooling capacity h na ki electricity consumption. 1.5 ton ac 1300 se 1800 watt leta h, toh 16 amp mcb is good. I have 16 amp mcb on 1.5 ton ac and never trips
16amp work nhi karega 1.5 Tn AC me 32 amp hi sahi rehta hai
16 amp mcb is enough for a 1.5 ton of ac all acs hving 1.5 tn capacity consumes about 8-9 amp max which is half of the mcb if the voltage is too low about 150 still the mcb will not trip

This is nonsense!! 1.5 ac is not 5000+ watts, that is the COOLING CAPACITY not WATTAGE.
Devide the value of cooling capacity by ISSER value to get an approximate wattage value,
But in outdoor unit there is mentioned the total wattage.
Dont waste you time to watch this video.

You can run 8.5 ton 3 phase AC or 2 ton Single phase AC if it is 3 star rating. If it is 5 star rating then tonnage will be higher.

The MCB, is it B or C type and how many amps 16A, 25A, 32A and what is the wire sq mm, is it 2.5 mm or 4 mm. Also what is the 3 pin socket amperage 16amps? This is for 1.5 ton, 5 star inverter type split ac

Don't use Isolator. Use a MCB. 40A will be on safer side. When shortcircuit or overload happens in your AC, isolator will not trip which will result fire & shock. MCB will trip in that case & it will come costly than isolator.

नही ये एसी को खराब कर देगा यदि 1.5 टन इन्वर्टर एसी हे तो 10 एंपियर का टाइप बी एमसीबी लगा सकते हे और यदि fix speed ac हे तो 16 एंपीयर की एमसीबी लगाए ।एमसीबी ओवर अधिक एंपियर की लगाने का कोई मतलब नहीं हे वो सिर्फ एक on off switch की तरह काम करेगी वैसे भी 1.5 टन इन्वर्टर अब 8 एम्पियर का लोड फुल स्पीड पर लेता हे है एक अच्छा 4 kva का ऑटोमैटिक स्टेबलाइजर जरूर लगाएं यदि घर के आस पास वोल्टेज में 20 वोल्ट तक उतार चढ़ाव है तो 150 से 290 वोल्ट तक और यदि 40 से 50 वोल्ट का अंतर हे तो 90 से 285 वोल्ट का ऑटोमैटिक स्टेबलाइजर लगाए जो200 दे 240 वोल्ट आउट पुट देगा स्टेबलाइजर हाई लो कट ऑफ थर्मल ओवरलोड प्रोटेक्शन और टाइम डिले 10 सेकंड का हो

3.51kw is heating KW Which is not actual KW of AC. Wrong calculation.
Correct calculation is
3.51 KW will be divided by efficiency or star rating of AC.
If it is 3 star AC then consider the efficiency as 2.6-2.7 though it will be depend on weather.
So divide 3.51 by 2.6 we get 1.3 KW.
Divide 1.3 KW by 220 volt we get 6 Amp.
Then 1.5 sqmm copper wire is more than enough for 1 ton AC. Or for more safety we can use 2.5 sqmm.
Ek customer ke ghar geyatha me .uska 16amp ka mcb tha usko badalne keliye geyatha unka ac, induction, washing machine, 5 fan, or bahut kuch to mene kaha kiye 16amp load nehin lega 32amp lagadenge unhonne saf saf mana kiya ki 16amp ka mcb hi lagao wo kya thik hai ????
