Excellent. Many thanks @Adrian Dragan. . On RHD Citroen C4's, the passenger temperature control servo is not the easiest to get to as one of the screws is hidden behind the panel for the centre console. It is doable but req a bit of downward & outward tugging on the plastic to gain access. On the DRIVERS SIDE... Remove the panel that has the alarm and light adjust switches to be able to remove the panel under the steering wheel. Also, the only driver required is a Torx T20.
Just fixed my right hand drive C4 using this video here in England. Really useful, saved me a fortune, cheers mate. :)

Miii de multumiri si sanatate . Am problema de 3 ani baga doar sus direct in fata pasgerilor . Am desfacut si romaneste am legat cu sarma fiindca era crapat (departat) cu putin cald si o sarmulita de legat fierbeton am rezolvat problema pana gasesc kit reparatii . Ma repet miiiiiiii de multumiri .

Thanks for this walk through. 30 minutes and I have managed to temporally fix with a cable tie. I have a 6 hr journey in 30º heat with the vent stuck on the feet position. Thanks again.

The left side (steering) was a bit hard to solve, but I managed it without removing the console trim. I also needed to use some force to take out the lid before moving the glove box, but everything went okay. Now I just need to assemble everything back in place.

My problem is that sometimes, all the air goes to the windshield, and none to the grilles, after several tries it works normally again. In addition to that, there is little wind through the central vents, could it have anything to do with this?
Hello. You need to check those pinions from the steering and air control servos, as you can see in my video.

Thank you very much for rhis detailed video. Umfortunatelly I paid mechanic to fix it but he did it poorly. After 6 momths same problem, and than I looked your video and fixed it by myself without repair kit. By the way mechanic took me 100 euros for bad work. Thanks again

@@PrudenceCanDance I'm about to this right now on my RHD 307... I had it off before to try and fix it with a cable tie and stuff.. It's hard to reach with the steering column and crap in the way

@@AdrianDragan problem solved with your help. The white lever female connection is quite soft and had expanded and worn. Found a narrow jubilee clip. tightened around the boss and all back in service.
@@AdrianDragan Thanks again. Problem solved. The hex drive same as yours. I was able to place a narrow jubilee clip around the expanded female boss to bring it back to shape & restore the drive connection.

Hello. You need to replace exactly the same parts you see in this video. I had the same problem.
I currently have the same issue but it's the left side that is stuck hot and the drivers side is adjustable.

Salut. Am inlocuit si pe partea stanga ( pasagerului ) rotile acelea si am setat ca in video pana la urma a mers. Acele canale ale rotii erau tocite si nu mai misca clapeta. Nu mai intra aer rece din cauza asta, decat aer cald ca asa era ramasa clapeta pe aer cald. Multumesc frumos.

Yes I did, its below the glove box, you have to take the plastic cover off from passenger side, its next to where passenger's right ankle falls. Hope this helps, its bit tricky gud luck, if you cant find it let me know

Salut. Nu stiu sa spun concret daca gasesti servomotoarele pe aceeasi parte ca la modelul cu duba clima, cred ca poti afla daca demontezi acel capitonaj de sub torpedou si de sub volan, cred ca asa le poti vedea.

Adrian I have a right hand drive version of 307cc the left side is where the glove box is obviously, my question is I cannot get the repair kit to fit as there is a water pipe and electrical connections, the plastic carrier supplied simply does not fit and will not aligne with the the cog and fixing screws I'm stumped? Any suggestions? Thanks in advance 😊

just turn the temp control to hot at both sides and then to cold at both sides and it will reset and fix. do not need anything else. servo Motor will take the right position.

I have a UK RH drive C4Picasso so the glove box is on the left hand side - so will the servo motors and levers you have shown now be on the left side.
My problem is the left side is hot and the right side cold with no heat too windscreen - so which side of the car are the sevo motors/levers I need to check...joe

Salut. Nu stiu daca acest kit se potriveste pe masina dvs, recomand sa întrebați în reprezentanta dacă exista un kit dedicat.

@@AdrianDragan Hello. I see it's because the plastic wheels is damaged between the servomotor and the white plastic selector so that's why I have sometimes air on feet when I select full windshield air etc.... right? Thank you a lot !

Vă Salut, am un defect la clima unui peugeot 307Sw Hdi, jumate bagă aer cald și jumătate rece, pe partea stângă este normal dar pe partea dreaptă nu se poate face reglajul aerului, care ar fi problema? Cum se numește Kitul de reparații, cred că defectul este cel din video, se aud pinioanele Cum patinează, vă mulțumesc pentru timpul acordat
Cel mai probabil este aceeasi problema ca si cea care se vede in video meu. Codul setului de reparatie este 1607044080 si gasesti acest kit la magazinele de piese auto.

Am și eu o problema cu klima am un C4 din 2008 pe partea dreaptă nu mi mai răcește, intră doar cald...partea stângă funcționează normal A/C ce piese trebuiesc schimbată și de unde pot fi achiziționate. Eu loc în DE. Ms pt ajutor. Inca ceva...am umplut rezervorul de AdBlu și pe bord îmi apare mesaj că rezervorul este gol, îmi poți da o sugestie cu ce a și putea face. Ms mult

@@AdrianDragan sunt foarte sigur. Am fost la mecanic....am desfăcut torpedoul, toate motoarele funtioneaza...care poate fi cauza? Dreapta intra numai cald, stânga funcționează normal.
Motoarele se vad funcționând dar sunt niște pinioane care transmit mișcarea spre clapete, daca au dinți rupți nu mai transmit mișcarea. Cauta pe ebay sau în magazinele de piese auto codul din denumirea clipului.

Salut Adrian. Detin si eu un peugeot 307 2006 si am probleme cu climatizarea. Am dat pe butonul de dezaburire parbriz si dupa 10 secunde s-a oprit motorasul total, nu mai functiona pe nici o treapta. Dupa aproximativ o saptamana a repornit fara sa intervin cu nimic. Apoi după alte cateva zile s-a oprit iarasi. Unde ar putea fi problema?

Plus ca a rămas clapeta de recirculare aer blocată pe închis, nu mai trage are de afara și se aburesc geamurile.

Am reincarcat cu freon si par sa functioneze toate doar ca nu primesc aer rece deloc, pe nici una din parti. Am schimbat siguranta de la panoul de sigurante de sub capota dar tot nu merge. Ma poti ajuta cu o idee de unde ar putea fi problema ???
Salutare. Am vorbit si ieri in mesageria Facebook.
In primul rand verifica sa ai o teava rece si una calda atuci cand aerul conditiona este cuplat. Verifica apoi cele doua motorase de amestec aer (cald - rece) daca se invart atunci cand schimbi temperatura de pe panoul de control. Pe stanga ai un motoras si pe dreapta un alt motoras, pentru situatia in care poti sa schimbi temperatura independent pe fiecare parte. Demonteaza motorasele si regleaza clapetele manual astfel in cat sa vezi daca se schimba temperatura aerului de pe gurile de ventilatie, evident ca trebuie sa faci aceasta proba cu motorul pornit si AC cuplat. Dev asemenea o diagnoza cu un tester dedicat te poate ajuta daca ai altceva defect, sa spunem modulul de confort sau altceva pe parte electrica.

I just replaced on the right side (passenger side). For the driver seems to be the same kit, just do not need to use all the pieces.

Thx for the video! The drivers side is my problem. I have spent a few hours now and I can't figure out how to remove the side panel that covers the access to the motor. 307 SW 2006. I can see it but I must remove the side panel in order to work on it. Any idea's how to remove it?

I solved it. Instead of taking all the plastic trim panels down I just managed to bend the trim that was covering the motor. Took some force but I succeded. Thx for all help!
