Pennsylvania opening day firearms season November 26, 2022

While watch the deer activity picking up after 3pm.. I was filming a mama doe with her twin yearlings. Then I noticed a forth deer following behind them. Needless to say.. I put my phone away and got ready!
Just happened to be a very nice half rack buck! Didn't catch him on camera.. but if you look close at the end you can detect movement. That's when I turned off my phone!
I tagged out at 335pm!

I missed hunting season this year. First one in my life.
I hope its the only one I ever miss...

For some reason I don't get notifications on my comments. I completely understand missing hunting season. I actually hung it up after 2005 season due to health conditions.
When my father suddenly passed away in 2019.. I vowed to not miss another season hunting with my brothers.
I went 2019.. didn't see a legal buck!
2020.. tagged an eight point
2021.. tagged an eight point
2022.. tagged a half racked three point
However.. the memories created exceed the bucks harvested ❤️
