The 10 Star weapon is certainly an upgrade but given it's rarity to drop. It might as well not exist. However, unless you're using Slayer or have a Crit Rate of about 60% to 80%+. Then do not sleep on Dread 5 or Grand Dread for this 10 Star weapon. Especially since getting a lv3+ Fixa Potency on the current 100% Crit Rate weapon is difficult to do, while the Tisha at lv3+ Fixa is in the double to triple digits of millions to buy from the Player Shop. Mastery 5, Alts Secrata 4, and Dread 5... For the optimal Floor Potency. Then slap any two 3.5%+ Potency Aug. Mastery LC or 4, Dread Keeper 4, Alts Secrata 4, and any LC/normal 3.0%+ Potency Aug... For cheap builds. For the 10 Star weapon. If you cannot reliably crit, then go for Fixa Tri Potency instead of Fixa Crit Rate. Like wise, if your Crit Rate is near 100%, then go for Fixa Tri Potency. There is no benefit in going above 100% Crit Rate.
None of the newly added weapons exist until 4 months down the road until the next new weapons exist. It's like you're constantly living in the past. This is a game you simply cannot have bis unless you are an ultra whale.

It's better to wait until Sega gives an easier version, for most players. Right now, if it drops, it drops. Otherwise, stick with the 100% crit rate weapon series or Tish.
I couldn't even get a Tisah so far, I play slayer so I'm stuck with neos. Tisah does not drop nor there's any Tisah Gunblade in player shop, thinking I would get a 10* is at the very least delusional in this game state
On Photon Blast use, all allies gain a buff for 120 seconds: 15% Damage Resistance, 15% PP Cost Reduction, +5% Critical Rate from what I hear, the buff is all 3 of those, no added potency to other players. assuming you could get 8 people using flugel, you could reach crit levels that would suddenly make MPAs go from good to godly once the first set of PBs are used or on first break for EQs
Flugelgard is definately dropping more often than Tisah, and it feels like Relik level of drop rate (after 15th when it can be dropped from all sources of course), this means that this weapon will be able to acquire higher fixas easier than Tisah. However, the potential seems to be bugged and not applying to allies as intended, and we need to see what will happen after SEGA fixed the bug.
That's the problem. Unlike games like Nioh, Wo Long for example, you put in the work it pays off. PSO2 you put in the work knowing that it's extremely likely it will not pay off. It's not a good feeling. It's a numb feeling. I enjoy alot of what the game has to offer but this whole unobtainable aspect is the meat of PSO2. People say but if you have it then you don't have anything left to do but that's bs. You go smash a DOLL'S face in and bury it underground with your bis gear. Bottom line is putting in the work should leave you with something to show for not just 1% of the playerbase. I already put in work in real life with nothing to show for. 😆 At least let me have a little sweetness in my video games.

They will be one of the best options until more 10*s drop and by then we’ll probably be on the verge of 11*s coming in 😂. Tisah and flugel will still be pretty much a myth for majority of the play base.. sega rdr sucks ass
My complaint is the player shop, need to drop everything under 1,000 Mesta. I can never buy anything. I will be filing a complaint to Sega, straight to Japan
