Many of the black area’s we live in are dried up, super markets gone, shopping stores gone and so on.
Church Business extremely good. Selling hope and pie in the sky. Preachers cannot be charged with unjust enrichment or fraud since u agree as a believer!
Also when there is a supermarket in the community.
The owners of the supermarket does not hire the people in the community, over price the products and in some cases disrespect the customers.
This I'd a sad situation.

The women support the Preachers bullshit. Giving family money to Preachers on a tithe demand the was outlawed in 1864. A land tax in England! See the " tithe commutation act of 1836. "
What does he do for the community? Read the Bible for yourself. It's a problem when you paying for your pastors expensive car when you not driving one.

Dr Um@r is into Yoruba spirituality. Though some things he says is true about the physical church (esp blc pastors), when you break it down his attacks are really against Jesus. Blacks went from paying tribute and honor to the ancestors to a white man on a cross. That is why there graveyard to visit each yr . Historical Jesus is not verified in the first century. Only a mental position by church followers.

Some black pastors are this way but not all. As the saying goes, "Even a broken clock is right two times a day." Dr. Umar preaches more against the Word of God than for.

I love that we can agree to disagree, I believe a great deal of what Dr Umar says. I also believe what some others say, my question is with this kind
of discussion/information why can’t we put this all together to get it done. I won’t speak on church because I walked away from that depression teaching. I do follow Pastor Jennings I can totally line up the word with his teachings

The preachers brag about how much money they get off the people Monday thru Saturday. The tithe was a land tax and rent in England and was outlawed in 1836...You know ignorance is bliss. ...!

I can't agree with him concerning many of his points. I thank God for my pastor. He desires that us single women become married. My pastor does not put himself in the "Jesus seat." He's an advocate for marriage and I thank God for using him as a mouthpiece. He spreads the love of Christ as he has been ordained to do!

I disagree with both people, Mr. Umar and this channel's host. There is NO SUCH THING as the "black" church. We are ONE BODY, consisting of all tribes, nations, tongues, and ethnicities, per Revelation.
Both men are wrong, but Umar is waaaay off!
TD Jakes and Gino both promote marriage and men being household heads. I have to disagree. I this view is from someone who does not watch any of these pastors.
