    It was nice to see a film with fewer cuts and less panning and zooming, enabling the eye to linger and appreciate the architecture. Also the inclusion of people in the shots added to the film. I love most of the houses you feature but often find the videos hard to enjoy because of too many moving shots. This was, for me at least, a more enjoyable appreciation and less about ‘clever’ filming/cuts. Thanks for posting.

    The quality looks very good but without a floor plan there is no sense of space or flow so this is not informative. The pallette is completely bland which takes away what might have been an interesting structure.

      @paulabean- Рік тому +12

      Rather than bland, I find the palette to be absolutely relaxing and peaceful. It has a very beachy vibe which I love. It's not dull because of the texture from the brick. The exterior walls being a single neutral color also allows the garden and scenery take center stage ♥️
      To each his own, I guess

    • @jorrelio
      @jorrelio Рік тому +3

      The purpose of a video is to show how you live the spaces, the textures, to hear about the design process and why decisions were made. With an L floor plan is easy to imagine the plant, I believe there's no reason to include a floor plan anywhere in the video. I found the color grading ad hoc to the project because it transmits peace as relates to the color of the materials from the project.
      I've made a couple of house videos and I thinks this is an excellent job.

  • @serpserpserp

    Love the textures inside the house. But as the video went on the more I disliked the house. Maybe the garden is just young, but all I could think was how unbearably hot it would be outside in summer with no awnings or trees, just no shade anywhere. Hopefully the aspect of the house might fix that, but looks like the pool is on the western side of the property which will not help? Love Curl Curl, like the interiors, but externally maybe the execution is not so great, or maybe it just needs 10 years for the trees to grow.
