Spindrift is the only sparkling water maker to use real squeezed fruit, they also work with local farms. Love your passion for living a plant-based lifestyle, thanks again!

my absolute favorite vegan meat is the gardien orange chicken. it is SO GOOD! i usually like to cook the chicken in the pan and then cook the sauce in there too so it gets nice and carmalized and thick. if you haven’t tried these already, they’re a must have. 10/10 reccomend!
World of Vegan I love the Ben & Jerry’s and Haagen daz ice creams! They also have a lot of plant milks and meat substitutes! The only thing I wish they had more of is yogurts. The only vegan option they have is kite hill which is not my fave

Look on the Kashi website or see the side of the box (at the bottom) to see which are designated as vegan (my faves at Target are GoLean Peanut Butter Crunch, GoLean Cinnamon Crisp, GoLean Chocolate Crunch, and Cinnamon French Toast) 2) LaraBars 3) Angie's BoomChickaPop popcorn (Sweet and Salty is vegan). Check the Angie's website to see which flavors are vegan. 4) Tasty Bite Chana Masala 5) Annie Chun (Peanut Noodle Bowl, Udon Soup Bowl, Seaweed Snacks) Otherwise, I think we pretty much have the same list, especially the Justin's, Gardein, the Sweet Earth vegan burritos and bowls, and the Amy's. In addition to burritos, they carry some of the Amy's meals that are vegan (Pad Thai, Chinese Noodles and Veggies in Cashew Cream Sauce, and Rice Mac and Cheeze). Target often runs promotions on Amy's. If you have the Target app, always check the Cartwheel to see if a promo is running. They often feature deals on Gardein (usually 25% off), Justin's, Annie Chun, and the Kashi cereals. Last fall I really scored because Gardein had a rebate offer that overlapped with the Cartwheel discount. I stacked the deals, and I ended up making money on those Gardein purchases!! : D
Sabrina Kelley you should try a spoonful of your fav peanut butter and push some dairy free chocolate chips into the pb (trader joes has good ones) I love it, super quick easy and solves my reeses cravings!
I wish Target was accessible to everyone :( closest for me is about an hour away, I go to that town only a few times a year ( I make a Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods stop and usually hit up blaze pizza and Cheesecake Factory ) I haven’t been to Target in literally years. Ugh, when you have brands like Nada - Moo killing it it's just frustrating to put out a subpar product just seems silly from such a reputable company. Rant over. Great video.

Hooray for choosing veganism!! Very proud of you! I think it's a great idea to have a list of vegan substitutes for your favorite foods/meals/snacks. One helpful way of looking at things is to start off having just one vegan meal per day. Breakfast is super easy. After you feel comfortable with that for a week or two, try adding in another meal and so on. Swapping a non-vegan snack for a vegan one or adding more fruit and veggies to your day. If you're going out with friends and you think there might be some temptation, bring vegan snacks with you to share! Some favs are tortilla chips with salsa, fruit salad, cut up veggies with hummus, or pretzels and raw nuts.
