Good video. Thank you! I was wondering about how to stow the Travel Berkey. One thing you didnt mention was putting all the shades down. I think that is really important so that your AS doesnt heat up while you are traveling. Also no sewer hoses or tv antennas or electrical hoses or cords to put away since you are boondocking. 😆

I find that shades store up prevents the sway of the blind from side to side and lowers the wear and tear on the blinds. I guess it's all an individual choice.
I noticed how your emergency brake cable is curled up. The way I understand it, you want that cable to be able to only extend a few inches shorter than the length of the emergency chains. I understood you want the trailer brakes to turn “on” so the trailer will slow down and not crash into the truck. It looks like it your trailer came off the hitch the length of your cable would never “pull the pin” and activate the electric brakes. Possibly I don’t understand the system.
It might be hard to tell in the video, but the coiled brake cable is shorter than the emergency chains. So if the trailer came off the hitch, the brakes would be engaged before the emergency chains were fully extended.

We tow with a Chevy 2500. The Airstream has a ~1,100 lb tongue weight when fully loaded for camping, which really eats into the tow vehicle's payload capacity.
