Look for Choumicha channel where the chef travels all around Morocco and help cook diffrent dishes in diffrent regions with locals...you'll learn a lot even if it's in Arabic.

I’m from morocco and this is what a top tier tajine looks like well done
One thing u got « wrong » is the « correct » way to eat tajine, i suggest you use bread (i used «» because there not rlly a correct or wrong way anyone dors how he likes it’s just how moroccan culture works we eat most of our food with bread)

after 2 more weeks through the enchanted woods, we get to enjoy a break with some more chicken. not quite mountain chicken though, but the weather might already be too cold for them (they seem to have been exceptionally shy these past 2.5 yrs). however, one always has time to pray for miracles so *i still maintain my steadfast vigil to the sprites of the magical forest that they might see fit to grant my humble request for **_chicken-fried frogs legs with garlic sauce_* 🙏🏼🙇🏽♂

Does the heat hurt the tagine pan at all? How direct can I get it? I have one and it is an antique and very expenaive even if you can find one like it now. Oven safe yes, but what about a burner or direct fire or coals? It is ceramic or glazed pottery of some sort. Ideas?
