20,000 views? That should be at least 20 million. This is a man singing from his heart and soul and expressing the true beauty of music to us all. He deserves a lot more recognition.

People do not have easy access to good music, and when they do, those musicians die.

I was there for this taping and have been to enough of his concerts to know that no audio recording can quite capture how amazing he sounds live. What a voice.

Absolutely breathtaking! Ray's music takes me to a different place. Everytime he sings a song, he puts so much soul and passion into it. It's like he is not even aware anyone is listening - for him it's not about that.

There are so very few artists that leave me staring slack jawed while they play their hearts out. This man’s material hits me like a sledge hammer to the chest.

Heard this live in Toronto last night at Massey Hall...a perfect venue for Ray. A lady in the audience was in tears during this song.
I was sad that he didn't do more of his music that made him famous though..he flat out told us "I haven't played that in 6 years and I'm not going to play it tonight" when someone shouted out "SHELTER"....

Just saw Ray in NC...absolutely the most exquisite voice and so much soul. It was such a dreamy night under the stars just listening to him. I've almost decided that I like listening to him live better than on albums. Please keep singing Ray. You are so inspirational and pure. Thank you so much for sharing your talent with the world.

    Is the sun
    Ever gonna break
    Break on through the clouds
Shine down in all its glory?
    Onto me
    Here upon the ground
    'Cause I can't hear a sound
    Sept' my own sad story
    I get so tired
    A starin' at the walls
    Weight so heavy
    Mountain so tall
    Is there no one
    Who would catch me
    If I fall?
    It's more
It's more than I can take
I wish that I could fake it
Or pretend like I don't know what's goin' on
    Somethin's wrong
    Somethin's wrong
    I'm tryin' to hold on
    For just a little longer
    I get so tired
    A starin' at the walls
    Weight so heavy
    Mountain so tall

      Don't dispel me, girl
      Just tell me
      Are we really through?

Why don't you people who post disparaging comments about contemporary society and music do something about it rather than telling us all something we already know? Spend your two cents where it matters.

It's because we're in trouble! The world is going down, and the world government don't want us to listen to smart men, that give us hope and truth, makes us believe in ourselves and eachother. They want to make sure, that when they fix what they are responsible for, they will not only get padded on the shoulder but get an actual applause. I know it sounds abit out there, especially since the song is unrelated, but there the answer is for you :)
