Love this kind of content. This is where its at!
I'm trying to make the content better. It's hard to know some times. I don't really script anything and just share what's in my head.
This is content we all came for. Grab some popcorn, sit back and learn how to make some stickers. Love it!
Thanks, Mike.
Thanks for a informative 16 min 👏👍
My pleasure!
Wow that's awesome! I just started making stickers, very small batches at a time. Print, laminate, cut, but on a mini scale comparatively. If this works out going into something larger, but probably not this big, might be in my future. It's very cool seeing what's out there and how people work at different scales.
wow what a cutting machine! a beast!
Definitely the star of the show.
Videos involving cool equipment are the bane of my wallet....
Very informative video!
Mine too! I have a playlist of all the toys, I mean tools I want.
Interesting. I would have thought you'd have to make some sort of custom rotary die cut wheel to cut out that shape. Its a lot more versatile to use that CNC cutter.
Thanks for sharing very informative. I’ve been watching your channel for a couple of years now and always enjoy your content! Definitely enjoying your teaching videos!
Glad to hear it
Wow , I always wandered how it done... Brilliant
Glad you liked it
Nice. I'm liking the transition and b roll too.
Thanks, I'm trying to make the videos better.
Great video! I’m a sticker cut line designer and have created over 5000 stickers for Roland machines. I have a client who needs the same artwork adapted for an HP machine. Could you guide me on how to change the sticker cut lines in one go to support the HP machine? Any tips or best practices would be greatly appreciated!
Very nice video showing the entire process. Excluding the cost of the very expensive equipment, are you able to provide a ballpark profit margin on these stickers only taking into consideration the cost of consumables? 👍🏼👍🏼
Awesome video! Learned a lot, thanks man! You’re awesome!
Love that cutter, but could never afford one LOL. I use a Roland GSX64 cutter which doesn't do the thru cuts quite as nicely... or at least I have yet to figure out how to successfully do them! Thanks for the video.
I thought the same thing at one point.
Excellent videos, so helpful! We have the HP 315 and cutter at our school and make a lot of projects. I am wondering where you got your take-up reel? We would love to get one for our printer.
Thanks again for the step by step video, made me realize there are a few things we didn't realize we could be doing to make our lives a lot easier!
I made a video about the take up

Awesome Video!! Best one I’ve watched yet! Very helpful and informative. I have a HP 365 and a summa T160 cutter
Thanks. I'm trying.
Very interesting. Thanks for sharing your process.
You inspired me to buy my first large format printer. I'm going a little cheap with a Canon TM 300 but keep the good work up!
We all start somewhere.
Is there a video showing how to make print or cut files? I am stuck on how to take the stickers I printed kiss or die cut.
ua-cam.com/video/YHLd2c_khoo/v-deo.html
thank u mate. great video.
Do you have an action set in GoProduce that automatically runs the job after scanning the barcode, then starts reading the next barcode? It's fairly simple to set up if not!
Nice shop!
Thank you. You inspire me.
I hope the content helps.
Why is there two contour cut lines in the original artwork? I am trying to learn because I want to get me a HP Latex soon.
What’s your favorite sticker media? I have tried a few but no favorite yet.
It keeps changing
Great video. What blade do you find works best for stickers like this? We have the same Summa but just getting started using it.
I like the double edge cut out.
Curious.... Do you need lamination on latex printed vinyl??
Have you ever had an issue when the printer prints your light grey more green ? I’m having this issue rn
Can an hp design jet t630 work for this on printable vinyl
In your experience do you think the flatbed cutter is more accurate then a roll feed cutter?
Yes
Does your flatbed cutter have a vacuum bed? Is it capable of cutting 10pt-16pt for larger packaging? Also super interested to see the kiss cut / full cut with 2 tools you mentioned in the video. Is that an automatic tool swap or manual?
Yes, it is a vacuum. I have made boxes with it, it worked well. I'll work on another video.
Thanks for all of your videos! We are taking delivery of our HP 315 tomorrow and are super excited! One of the appeals of the HP Latex is that the prints can hold up without the need for lamination. That said, do you always laminate your stickers or is it on a case by case basis? how do you determine if/when to laminate?
I appreciate the feedback.
Some customers want a thicker sticker and if I know it will have a high touch application I like to do it. e.g. water bottles, computers, etc.
I can’t seem to get my profile right on the HP365. Black comes out solid but other colors are grainy. I’m using substance vinyl. Any recommendations?
I can the HP prime gloss profile. I and my customers were happy with the results.
I love the steps. Lol
What is the big silver and blue machine behind the laminator?
could be a heat press or a laser. Not sure what moment specifically you're talking about.
hi, I intend to buy a (Intec SC6000), Have you tried it and what do you think of it?
I know someone in the Facebook group has one and likes it.
Can you run all that equipment in a house or you have to gave a shop
I ran out of my garage for a few years. I know a few people that work out of an extra bedroom.
Only why o ask I was looking at the hp stitch and it said I needed exhaust fan 5 tempurture changes so I saw you talk about a Jo so I doing the research I going for print and sew
What kind on vinyl do you use for stickers
It's constantly changing. But typically an intermediate calendar vinyl.
Awesome
Do you use buzz free knives or 50 or 60 knives?
I use a double edge knife for my through cutting.
@@ttms Yes, but do you use buzz free, 50 degree or 60 degree double edge knife
What's the name of the group
❤
wooooow
I thought you have sold the HP Latex? What happened?
I sold my little HP engineering printer but have no plans to sell my 315.
I recognize space station gaming
❤❤❤
Dude, get a roland.
No thanks.
Those are the worst cut lines I have ever seen. There not even. I feel so bad for this customer. Some businesses are just to lazy.
That's the line the customer wanted.
