Its input queuing what phils referring to is when he is attacking a boss and gets hit he will then use the dodge button but expects the dodge to be absorbed by the hit however Elden Ring stores the roll until the player can act again which often leads to being striked and having your character roll into another strike because the timing of the roll is bad, phil doesnt have much if any genuine complaint but hes right about ER having a dogshit input system the window it will use to buffer an action you no longer want to perform is massive compared to all other fromsoft titles

I have a message for the Elden Ring community, so being level 137 means you have a build, but if you're level 150 you stop having a build? Those 13 levels is where you draw the line? We people are kind of a joke sometimes.

I watched his entire DLC journey, and he always had someone telling him what to do at every step he took in the DLC. They told him what weapons to max out, what ashes of war to use, what amulets to combine to make the build work, and what kind of armor he should use for every boss in the game. He can't finish a single game without someone telling him what to do. He did this with Armored Core 6 and, for a more recent example, Stardew Valley. He always has ONE GUY telling him in detail where everything is. He's truly pathetic.

It's startup lag and end lag on his spammed fatrolls I think, the game will seemingly "roll when he has stopped clicking" because he clicked it and doesn't recognize those animations even exist. Probably.
Its input queuing what phils referring to is when he is attacking a boss and gets hit he will then use the dodge button but expects the dodge to be absorbed by the hit however Elden Ring stores the roll until the player can act again which often leads to being striked and having your character roll into another strike because the timing of the roll is bad, phil doesnt have much if any genuine complaint but hes right about ER having a dogshit input system the window it will use to buffer an action you no longer want to perform is massive compared to all other fromsoft titles

He can tank way more hits than most can at the same Scadutree lvl. And I believe he was at 17 Skibidi toilet tree fragments so he has no excuse for playing so poorly.

@@euphoricpoptarts I beat the DLC at RL 125 as well as 140 on a NG character for both. I was intentionally capping myself at those levels yes. I would have been around 180-200 if I didn’t. That is way too over leveled so the DLC would have been a boring cake walk at those levels.

I watched his entire DLC journey, and he always had someone telling him what to do at every step he took in the DLC. They told him what weapons to max out, what ashes of war to use, what amulets to combine to make the build work, and what kind of armor he should use for every boss in the game.
He can't finish a single game without someone telling him what to do. He did this with Armored Core 6 and, for a more recent example, Stardew Valley. He always has ONE GUY telling him in detail where everything is.
