The verdict was fair, the jury was fair, the judge was fair. The only reason she finds it not to be fair is because SHE LOST. Respect the verdict and move on.

She actually can’t ... she must double down or fade into obscurity and possibly even poverty -
I gather it didn’t go so well with Elon either - not sure if it’s true, but apparently there’s some brouhaha involving embryos he co-owned and wanted destroyed....
Probably after realising she has serious mental issues....and she won’t be able to trade on her looks forever.

Amber and her team brought the internet into this case. They were talking about the hashtags; such as, Amberturd, etc. Then, she told the jury to go look her up and they can see how they were attacking her, saying put her baby in the microwave crap. She brought the internet up. Plus, the jurors saw the signs of the Deppheads when they left the courthouse. They seen the love and support for JD. So yes, it was everywhere because it was in and right outside the courthouse.
I also would like to say, prior to this verdict, JD was labeled a wife beater. He had to live with the humiliation for years. The media wrote all sorts of crap about him and HE'S had to deal with it. But he didn't smear Amber. He abided his time and stayed silent. The media, love and support was in her favor. Now that the tables are turned, you STILL continue to defame this man. Its your turn to find a quiet corner, hunker down and stay silent.
He should make her pay the money, garner her wages, something! Then he can donate the funds and show her how donations are performed. Just saying.

The judgement against Depp here in the UK was done by a judge and not a jury which straight away is complete BS and the trial here was also missing a lot of evidence that the judge excluded from the case and those are the ‘only’ reasons he lost. I really hope he now asks for a retrial and the judge is investigated as to why the evidence was excluded and how he came to his conclusion because from what I’ve read there was something iffy about the whole thing. I can’t say what as I’ve not read enough on it yet but I intend to. *if the jury went online and searched for info on this case then they would've given Depp $50M just in punitive damages!! And they definitely wouldn't have found him liable for one of the counts on Heard's counterclaim! Cause they would've came across the call Rocky Pennington made to 911 where she said someone in her building is being abused but she didn't know her name and wished to remain anonymous! Pffft. In court AH's team argued that I.O made one call only so the second time officers came out was probably just some sort of mistake or that they came to get a statement from Amber. It's a good thing the 911 call was put online so people know the truth of what actually happened. Sucks for the jury though cause JD's team couldn't bring in the fact that RP was the one who placed that call so they didn't have the totality of the evidence to make that judgement. Absolute bullturd!*

I put more on the blame on Heard than the lawyers. Rottenborn was dealing with what he got and tbh if it wasn't for him then Heard wouldn't have gotten that bone thrown by the jury (though rumors are stating that the jury threw that bone for Heard because of a stubborn juror who didn't want Heard to completely lose for fear of an appeal). His closing was decent given with what he got and he didn't go on live television and bad-mouth the jury or the judge compared to Elaine. He is truly a professional who has been dealt with a bad hand and a lying uncooperative client and thus had to use certain trial tactics to edge out a win. Elaine's partner, Nadelhaft, looked to be done with the case too and is also not going on to television or media complaining, but he is Elaine's partner but I no doubt think he is probably finding a way to quietly withdraw to another firm at this rate.
Elaine is a whole other story.

I mean, the jury were being paid almost no money for their time - if they took and oath, sat through 8 hours of this for 4 days every week for 6 weeks, why would they throw all of that in the trash just to go and open up TikTok? The jury was already there in the courtroom and saw everything with their own eyes - why would they be "wrongfully influenced" by something that they've already seen, just because it's on TikTok? It doesn't make sense, and it's unprofessional for a lawyer like Elaine to suggest that the court and the jury didn't do their job. It's easy to accuse someone of being wrongfully influenced - but you can't just accuse a whole entire jury of 7 different people of breaking the rules, just because the verdict is inconvenient to you.

I absolutely agree. I haven't been a juror but I was called in to interview for jury duty along with probably 50 other people. There is a whole process to select jurors and both sides have to agree on each juror. One of the first anxieties I had was "I hope I make the right decisions if they choose me. I don't want to be responsible for an innocent getting punished." There is so much stress because you literally could do more harm than good if you don't follow instructions. Amber's lawyer going around saying the jury didn't do their part correctly is abhorrent. They can appeal but I don't expect any changes.

The evidence suggests Johnny broke cupboards and smashed glasses in the house before he realised he's getting taped. He continues throughout the same procedure afterwards.

Keep in mind that if the jurors saw any evidence of internet opinion, it was because Elaine brought in an "expert" witness to testify about the hashtags. Turd's team brought the internet into this case, not Johnny's.

Amber's lawyer said she didn't want a jury but that would have left it up to the judge and it would have been worse for her. The judge looked through all the bs and was annoyed by half the experts she bought in.

I think Johnny should absolutely pursue the damages from Amber and not be the nice guy. She had $7m from the divorce, she’ll get $2m for Aquaman, plus all of her previous earnings from movies and endorsements etc. Her and her friends were basically living out of Johnny’s pockets whilst they were together, so even with her lavish spending, legal fees and ‘ahem’ pledge/donations there’ll be plenty left in her bank account to keep the PR spin doctors going and keep finding ways to come after him. He’s better off taking that money off her and removing the ammunition.
I’m surprised she’s had time to do interviews and not too busy prospecting a new mark to fund her appeal.

Ben showing his emotions proved to me how good a lawyer he is. He believed in Johnny 💯. The friendship that evolved between them was priceless. You have to believe in the person you are Representing and it makes the job much easier. Johnny didn’t hide things that happened. He didn’t hide his drug abuse, alcoholism, his comments/texts towards Amber. He showed himself as a real person that loves his children, has feelings for ex girlfriends. Had these girlfriends have had bad relationships with him, they would have said yes he’d showed abusive actions towards me. They didn’t because that’s not who he is. He lives different then most but it’s just who he is, like it or not. Johnny Depp doesn’t have scissors for hands, doesn’t eat chocolate all day …..etc Amber abuses who she loves, sister, ex girlfriend/partner/ husband and in public where people seen her, yet still tries to deny it. She has a real mental problem and needs a lot of help. No one shits in bed purposely, no one lies as she has. I would say abused women don’t sit on stand under oath and tell the jury how scared she was, how she was punched, hit repeatedly and not cry. Not have pictures, no medical records, no police reports. Johnny has no reports against him for domestic violence/abusive. Liars never win Amber. What goes around comes back around. Karma will get you Amber….

Amber didn’t have to prove any evidence she submitted in the UK case since she wasn’t a party in the UK case she was a witness. So she brought in tons of BS that didn’t have to be authenticated. The judge in the UK case also said that he ruled against Johnny BECAUSE Amber gave ALL her money to charity! So in his mind she had no motive to lie about the allegations. We know she never gave that money but karma caught up to her so Thank God for that!!!

I had no opinion on Johnny Deep or Amber Heard(had no idea what her personality was like) and barely paid attention to everything that happened. I just heard that she accused him of abuse and thought oh that is disappointing. Could have cared less about the hearings, but then somehow I started watching bits and pieces and came in around the time Amber was being questioned. It didn't take long for me to see that she is a liar. And then when I heard the story about her pooping on the bed, on purposed, that was all I needed to know after that. What kind of person squats on the bed and poops? And the audios. She was clearly harassing him.
One other thing I would like to say is, I wish people were paying as close attention the Jan 6th hearings as they did to Depp vs Heard. The video testimony for Jan 6th is crazy. People should know the truth of what happened that day.

If you accuse others of rigged trial and perjury it means that you are in that way yourself and didn’t AH said that the only thing she wanted was to live in peace with her little child, she was a mother and wanted to leave all this shit behind and go forward? Despite of that she’s nagging and accusing JD of rigged trial and risking an other defamation trial

The reason Depp lost his case against the Sun in the UK was NOT because the judge agreed that he was a wife beater, Savannah just stated an untruth about that case ! He only lost because the Sun had a source that they were using for their story, Amber was the one accusing him of being a wife beater so they had a source telling them what they reported, so then they did not defame him, really it was Amber who defamed him which is why he then sued her for defamation. The judge did NOT decide he was a wife beater. All the Sun had to prove was that they had a source and so good reason to believe it was true because AMBER was the one who said it and they were reporting what she lied and told them.

Whether we know a Ima Turd who has the same character or a Johnny that is on the wrong end of n attack from their wives whenever she drinks. I know its easy to say but U do worry about how her daughter will grow up. She will have many issues to deal with.
