    The IARD diet from longlivelives is divided into three categories: green, yellow, and red. Green category foods are the best for inflammatory arthritis and should be consumed strictly for the first three months. Yellow category foods can be consumed after three months, but only if they do not increase inflammation. If any food induces inflammation, it should be transferred to the red category. Red category foods should be prohibited as they can increase inflammation and other symptoms.
    By the end of six months, you will have your Inflammatory Arthritis My Own Diet, in which you can categorize food according to your body’s reaction to certain food.

    Milk contains two types of protein: 80% casein and 20% whey.
    Casein is of two types: A1 and A2. A1 is obtained from Jersey Cow and A2 is obtained from Desi Cow. There are amino acids which form peptide bonds to form protein. These amino acids are absorbed in our blood. BCM7 amino acid present in peptide bond is responsible for inflammation. In A1, histidine amino acid contains BCM7 and releases it into our blood stream, which is responsible for inflammation, whereas in A2, Proline does not release BCM7. Hence, A2 milk is good for Arthritis patients and can be included in green foods, but the milk should come from organic and desi cow.
    Eggs can be added in the yellow category and can be consumed after three months. However, if it increases your pain, it should be transferred to the red category. For most people, eggs do not harm. Chicken and sea water fish can also be added to green foods. However, red meat and mutton should be added in red foods and should be avoided.

    Milk made any think is harmful very much in Rheumatoid arthritis, my own experience , only mother dairy Token milk no harmful no beneficial , milk must be red category

      Your own experience ? It is beneficial if you remove it from your diet or minimum use
