two things to make the fried mozz better: freeze the cheese overnight or for several hours so that the coating has more time to solidify before the cheese melts; use a dryer mozzarella - it comes in several varieties, from the very wet (like the balls of fresh mozzarella) to quite but not entirely dry (like shredded mozzarella) and a dryer cheese will stay together better (string cheese may be the best option for this, plus they're already the right general shape/size)

You can actually reach in with just your bare hand and snatch it out of the whites with a gentle touch; slide your fingers under it and lift it up gently, letting the white stream off between your fingers, and deposit it wherever you need to, leaving the white behind. It'll help reduce food waste when your egg cracks funky and an intact yolk falls into your whites bowl. Sadly, it won't help if the yolk breaks. Related, but egg shells can be easily extracted from raw egg with.. egg shells. They have a property that will cause small fragments to sort of stick to the inside of a big fragment, letting you safely extract the chip from your scramble or whites or whatever.
My family is known in our area for yeast rolls. We make it into the shape of teddy bears for Christmas. (Always go for the highest at church auction charity events)

I think they actually had to reformulate them for the European market, like so many other things, because the US has lower standards when it comes to food additives. I remember when Mountain Dew wasn't allowed to be sold.
In the US, we get cheese sticks that come in a variety of cheese types, one of which is mozzarella. If you can get mozzarella cheese sticks (not the ones that are already breaded and frozen) in England, I highly recommend using those to make homemade mozzarella sticks. I'm not sure what it is about cheese sticks but they hold their shape better than the mozzarella that comes in blocks. Also, you can buy Flamin' Hot Cheetos online. I found some stores that sell American products for people living in the UK who want to buy them.
We don't really have those cheese sticks in the uk. I only just started seeing low moisture mozzarella here it used to just be grated and buffalo you could get.
i think you can find the flaming hot cheetos in most corner shops (thats where i get them from and they are my favourite crisps) but you cant get the crunchy ones only the puffy twisted ones
There is an easier way to separate the yolk from the egg whites, just put the whole thing in the bowl, scoop up the yolk with your hand carefully and let the whites run through the gaps your fingers by moving the yolk around between both hands, carefully.
You could have still make a multi colour cloud, make half with a tiny bit of colour, then the other half with a little more. Not exactly a rainbow, but it could be a bit “tie dye”

My only connection to cloud bread is We thought my brother had a gluten intolerance so years ago my mum found it online, tried to make it, failed, I'd been baking for 1-2 years by this point so mum asked me Even though I'd never heard of it, was kinda new to baking, and had no experience with meringues, i instantly knew where mum messed up, she thought whisking the eggs was like whisking an omelete, not meringue levels, so i made it and did it all, brother ended up hating it and it was never touched again, then we eventually found out it was actually a dairy intolerance
It's the additives in Cheetos that are banned in the UK/EU, as some have been linked to hyper activity and other issues in children. It's the same reason you cannot buy US Mountain Dew here so the UK/EU recipe doesn't contain the problem ingredients. There's nothing to stop Flaming Hot Cheetos being sold here if Pepsico were to tweak the ingredients.

Hi! Next time u make mozzarella sticks freeze them before making it for a couple hours. They will hold together in the oven then!

Freezing them after they're coated in the batter works as well. Will freeze the egg yolk making a more solid container as they're baked. 👍🏿
