jeans to miniskirt DIY! quick, easy & beginner friendly

In today's video I turned a pair of jeans I thrifted into a miniskirt! It ended up being a wee bit shorter than I wanted but I still love the result. (If you're on the shorter side this probably won't be as much of an issue for you) But all in all this is a super quick and easy thrift flip or a sewing project for a pair of jeans you already have in your closet!

i love it just because you don't have the front seam tallywagger that always seems to happen with pants to skirt diys 😂(the bane of my diy existents). if need be, you could always use the extra fabric to add a bit of a ruffle (if that's your style). or just add some fabric with a decorative stitch and call it a ✨design choice✨. either way, it came out cute!

I don’t think it’s too mini. It’s probably too mini than you’re used to. I’m in the process of turning old jeans into other clothes and got stuck trying to figure out how to make them look good in the butt area. This was helpful. Thank You.
