Well - Commanding the room, communication with officials during dead balls, Burst from trail to lead on transition plays, staying sideline connected during center position, implementing evaluators notes immediately the next game
Better - How to coach up the next official making them feel better about calls, being aware of shooters during free throws following a timeout called, 45 degree angle at lead.
How - Self talking, thinking patience before coaching up co officials, sharing plays and speaking confidence into co-officials about calls.
