Loved your video. The golden nugget for me was the use of the double sided tape on the back of the paper being die cut. I've always thought there was an easier way to achieve the desired outcome without messy liquid glue. I've even experimented with using vinyl for more intricate design but your suggestion to use extra wide double sided tape was the topper. Who knew double sided tape came so wide. THANK YOU for sharing this wonderful tip. I figure that one could also use a Xyron sticker maker in the same fashion to achieve the same results. Anyway, your project turned out wonderful. Thanks again.
God bless you I loved the way you explained everything hope you can also tell me how to emboss after cutting I have trouble reversing the die to emboss on top of it thank you keep up the good work loved your card and learned something new with you.
Wonderful videos! Can I use other embossing folders with this machine? If so how do I keep other embossing folders from sliding out? Thank you in advance
I like that the plates on the empress don’t warp so I don’t have to replace them as often. I was buying $60 plates every 6 months with the Gemini. But the Gemini is a great machine over all.
love your videos! I do want to share what I observed watching Anna, and reading the guides with her dies. When you are using a cut AND emboss die, cut the paper with the die facing the plastic plate. That way when you run it thru the 2nd time, with the embossing mat, you are less likely to have the die cut slip. Just be sure to remove the magnetic plate first :)
Thank you so much for sharing that video it really helped me a lot. I just received my Anna Griffin empress machine and followed your plate stacks and I like your way better than the directions that came with it. I like cutting into the magnetic plate better, so I won’t have to replace the A plates as often.
Awesome video you answered all my questions!

I can't seem to find replacement plates individually. Everyone sells them as a set the 5 different plates.
