Honestly, this seems like one of the best families on here. She clearly really likes what she does, her mom seemed like she supported her without being overly pushy, and it felt more like a love for a family tradition. I think if there’s one thing I like about this mom, is that she doesn’t put her child down when she doesn’t win the title that mom wanted. She continued to cheer her on and let her know that she did amazing, she even made note of how great the ultimate GS winner was.
This is probably the most sensible/respectful pageant vid I've seen from this show in a loooong time. While I wouldn't do it and kinda don't understand it I still understand why they carry on the tradition.
I know that this is wrong in all ways, but gosh they're not so nuts like the other moms, and the kid seems to enjoy it (maybe cause its the only thing she knows) but I hope that they're not doing it now and if they do, hope they keep natural and forget about taining, flippers and etc bc if u want your kid w perfect teeth u should pay for braces, its less expensivee and its worth it!
in terms of this show, this family was probably the most acceptable and kind of them all. the mom saying how she loves her daughter no matter what place she gets, complimenting the ultimate grand supreme winner and saying how grateful she was that they got to stand next to her on stage, and the positivity from both the mom and the nana felt really good. it's a family tradition that the whole lineage cares about and they know how to do a respectful and fun pageant while still making sure the girl is happy and feels good about herself.
At this point, it's not the girls that are actually up there on the stage, it's just the parents' money. Fancy rhinestone dresses, wigs, spray tans, fake teeth, and 50 pounds of makeup is not the same as "enhancing her natural beauty," as some of the parents say, it's just making your child fake.
I think for these, unless the child was seriously obese, you could take any child,no matter how plain, and you spent enough money they could win with all the fake stuff on them.
She’s a bunch of shades darker and they literally covered up all of her natural features. I don’t think I’d ever support the reinforcement of dressing up children to look like mini adults, I just know these girls are gonna have ED and self confidence issues
if the kids don’t mind doing this and they enjoy it, fair enough however i think it really is emotionally damaging when your parents force you to do this from a young age , thinking you have to look pretty to win , no it shouldn’t happen , only if the child is 6+ and enjoys doing it for FUN x thanks for the likes ♥️
The daughter loves what she is doing it’s the DAUGHTERS hobby and the mom is so respectful and proud of her daughter and compliment the other girls, first one that’s not toxic
Ooh girl when ever i try to roll my eyes at someone my good eye is on time and my other which is a tad bit lazy rolles slowly like when you shake a doll and one eye closes and the other is open lmfaoo
I feel like her mom is more chill about it cause she’s been in the pageant world as well, so she understands the pressure and what it takes to be a pageant girl, plus it just feels like she’s doing it because her daughter enjoys it and not because she’s living her dreams vicariously through her
this is an awesome family! Kaylee seems to really love pageants, and so does her family, the respect towards each other is great :) there's no bitterness, no attitudes, just pure love in everything!
just wait till you hear this guy named tim when your at pageants you can go deaf no sense in talking in the ballroom might be able to in the hallways probably not the dressing room of course
She seems like one of the least bratty girls on the show. Even the mum, who unfortunately looks to be doing this more for her than her daughter, perhaps to maintain that family legacy, isn’t a psycho pageant mum and is content with what her daughter won despite it not being an ultimate title.
unlike all the other pageant moms and daughters ive watched, i think i love this one the most. i remember how every pageant episode would be just full of stressed out moms and kids crying or everything going wrong 2 mins before going on stage etc. but i think this is what it is all about. the little girl is so polite, she understands everything, she takes it as every kid would but she knows what shes doing, there arent any moments of throwing tantrums or stuff like that, but a big part of that is how the adults act around her. her mom and nana are both positive, they help her, they teach her but they are also calm and respective and as i can see they arent doing anything against the childs will that will make her even more stressed out. i know some might say that some kids cry because they are too young or whatever, i do understand that but in those moments, its really important how the adults react and how they solve the problem so that everything can go well. we are still talking about little children who are on a learning and growing path and there are still a lot of things that they are about to become aware of and understand. yes, her mom does spend a lot of money but its the pageant world, of course it will be expensive, i wouldnt expect anything less. but when theres understanding between the adult and the child everything is worth it. its her daughter, of course she would spend every penny she has when it comes to her. i think every mom would do that. i loved watching this
Let me say this if I was these little girls I would of been traumatized from all this girly girl stuff and wouldn’t be able to look at my childhood photos 😣
I've no hate how they parent her. She's competitive and enjoying the process so why not? I would love to have a mom who doll me up and tells me I'm beautiful.
My grandma and both my parents had a wonderful experience as choir members and they kinda encouraged my sister and I to join them and I can say, this mom does this so her daughter can have great memories! It's a great way to share memories and talk and have something in common, like a tradition :)
she's so talented, and her mom and grandma seem so supportive of her. she looks like she enjoys what she is doing, and her parents are so down to earth, especially when her mom said "an honor to be next to her". my god that made me happy.
The difference between this mom and other moms is that this mom actually participated in and experienced real pagent etiquette. Most moms on the show have taught their kids to be brats. This little girl is being taught class.
I will never understand why so many moms are set on having their daughters in pageants. To me, it’s all pretty stupid. However, I do like that she participates and the kid isn’t a brat.
@NA I'm lucky that my parents were proud of my grades, my potential, my career, and my modesty. I'm glad they didn't knowingly expose me to pedophiles. Even you can only say that this girl is beautiful, you can't see past this child's beauty to think of what potential she has and are okay with the exploitation of her beauty and innocence.
This is the best pageant mom. Ever. I can tell she just has her daughter do it bc she loves it and they both have fun. And she raised her daughter right
This was really adorable it didn't feel like Kaylee was forced at all she was having fun on stage and having a supportive and positive family helps her self esteem a lot ! Kudos to her family !
“Honour to be right next to her”, see THIS is how parents should act, not angry and bitter towards other girls
This whole scenario is definitely the opposite of how a parent should act.

Yup
That's right
that’s what I noticed
Her hair can be literally used as a helmet because the amount of product they put in her hair
as a dancer, i can conform, when you take out the hair ties, it stays in a ponytail sometimes.

in terms of this show, this family was probably the most acceptable and kind of them all. the mom saying how she loves her daughter no matter what place she gets, complimenting the ultimate grand supreme winner and saying how grateful she was that they got to stand next to her on stage, and the positivity from both the mom and the nana felt really good. it's a family tradition that the whole lineage cares about and they know how to do a respectful and fun pageant while still making sure the girl is happy and feels good about herself.
“This looks great on you.”
“Thank you 😁”
She’s the most wholesome child I’ve ever seen on this show.
imagine how those parents would feel it their daughters were tomboys

At this point, it's not the girls that are actually up there on the stage, it's just the parents' money. Fancy rhinestone dresses, wigs, spray tans, fake teeth, and 50 pounds of makeup is not the same as "enhancing her natural beauty," as some of the parents say, it's just making your child fake.
I think for these, unless the child was seriously obese, you could take any child,no matter how plain, and you spent enough money they could win with all the fake stuff on them.
The way they smile is so scary
it’s just like a doll is staring at you smiling
Imagine being in a dark street and seeing 20 of these girls, walking slowly with their creepy smiles towards you... 😰😰😱😱😱

Finally a mom who isn't money hungry and actually cares about her daughter, she also didn't care that she didn't win, she was just happy she tried 💜
She’s a bunch of shades darker and they literally covered up all of her natural features. I don’t think I’d ever support the reinforcement of dressing up children to look like mini adults, I just know these girls are gonna have ED and self confidence issues
Thank you Step chicken for your comment
Nia Harris 😂 it’s an inside joke with my friends. I can’t change it for awhile. But my point is still valid 🤷🏽♀️
if the kids don’t mind doing this and they enjoy it, fair enough however i think it really is emotionally damaging when your parents force you to do this from a young age , thinking you have to look pretty to win , no it shouldn’t happen , only if the child is 6+ and enjoys doing it for FUN x
thanks for the likes ♥️
Yeah..
I agree!
I think they should be ten-12 and up, just so that the child is making the choice and not the parents.
Agreed
Porter the Atlantian I think by six they can choose plus there are always natural pageants
3:46 she looks sooo much nicer without all of the makeup and spray tan. She is beautiful as is 😁🌻
The daughter loves what she is doing it’s the DAUGHTERS hobby and the mom is so respectful and proud of her daughter and compliment the other girls, first one that’s not toxic

This kid can wink more naturally than me, whenever i wink it looks like something got stuck on my eyes 😂😂😂😂
Oh my XD
Ooh girl when ever i try to roll my eyes at someone my good eye is on time and my other which is a tad bit lazy rolles slowly like when you shake a doll and one eye closes and the other is open lmfaoo
Ssme and she's so cute too😩❤️
I feel like her mom is more chill about it cause she’s been in the pageant world as well, so she understands the pressure and what it takes to be a pageant girl, plus it just feels like she’s doing it because her daughter enjoys it and not because she’s living her dreams vicariously through her
The only thing these poor girls are learning is that looks is all that matters.
Honestly, when she stepped on the stage, she has stolen my breath away. The control she has over her body is just neat, and she is royalty.
this is definitely the best mom I’ve seen so far! She’s not forceful and I’m happy that there is a mom who is grateful what place her child got :)
frr
the family is so holy compared to the other families on this show. the mom seems so sweet same with the daughter
this is an awesome family! Kaylee seems to really love pageants, and so does her family, the respect towards each other is great :) there's no bitterness, no attitudes, just pure love in everything!
3:53 that smile is giving me the chill
Someone could use that in a horror movie.
The whole purpose of this show is making ur child look like a live doll?
An American doll
I love how the mom is supportive and not mad that her daughter didn’t win the ultimate grand supreme

Soooooo cute.
The contestants look grotesque. Pretty frightening. Mini-zombies.
Tbh I clicked on this video to see a pushy mother and an overworked and stressed child. I am so pleased and surprised to see such a relaxed duo!
She seems like one of the least bratty girls on the show. Even the mum, who unfortunately looks to be doing this more for her than her daughter, perhaps to maintain that family legacy, isn’t a psycho pageant mum and is content with what her daughter won despite it not being an ultimate title.
I actually kind of respect the fact that it’s like a family legacy. She seems to be very inspired by her mother and grandmother!
She looks like barbie. It's not a hating comment it is a compliment.
Yeah she looks so much like a Barbie and actually scared me when she blinked
@@morrisyates7151 😭
unlike all the other pageant moms and daughters ive watched, i think i love this one the most. i remember how every pageant episode would be just full of stressed out moms and kids crying or everything going wrong 2 mins before going on stage etc. but i think this is what it is all about. the little girl is so polite, she understands everything, she takes it as every kid would but she knows what shes doing, there arent any moments of throwing tantrums or stuff like that, but a big part of that is how the adults act around her. her mom and nana are both positive, they help her, they teach her but they are also calm and respective and as i can see they arent doing anything against the childs will that will make her even more stressed out. i know some might say that some kids cry because they are too young or whatever, i do understand that but in those moments, its really important how the adults react and how they solve the problem so that everything can go well. we are still talking about little children who are on a learning and growing path and there are still a lot of things that they are about to become aware of and understand. yes, her mom does spend a lot of money but its the pageant world, of course it will be expensive, i wouldnt expect anything less. but when theres understanding between the adult and the child everything is worth it. its her daughter, of course she would spend every penny she has when it comes to her. i think every mom would do that. i loved watching this
Let me say this if I was these little girls I would of been traumatized from all this girly girl stuff and wouldn’t be able to look at my childhood photos 😣
Yeah
Forreal
When I was a kid I would beg my parents to let me do pageants but my father was against it because he believed that it would make me vain
This is one of the only respectable moms in pagents !! I like how Kaylee said that SHE felt great and it wasnt about the mom:))
I've no hate how they parent her. She's competitive and enjoying the process so why not? I would love to have a mom who doll me up and tells me I'm beautiful.

That mom is such a sweetheart when she said “it’s an honour to be right next to her” my heat was so happy
Are we gonna talk about how creepy it was when she smiled and was blinking the first time she went on stage
edit:omg thx for the likes

My grandma and both my parents had a wonderful experience as choir members and they kinda encouraged my sister and I to join them and I can say, this mom does this so her daughter can have great memories! It's a great way to share memories and talk and have something in common, like a tradition :)
she's so talented, and her mom and grandma seem so supportive of her. she looks like she enjoys what she is doing, and her parents are so down to earth, especially when her mom said "an honor to be next to her". my god that made me happy.
This kid is living her best life, nothing is forced here and they are having a lot of fun!
Can we talk about how kind and supportive of the other girls the mother was? Or how her daughter ACTUALLY enjoys pageants?
The difference between this mom and other moms is that this mom actually participated in and experienced real pagent etiquette. Most moms on the show have taught their kids to be brats. This little girl is being taught class.
I will never understand why so many moms are set on having their daughters in pageants. To me, it’s all pretty stupid. However, I do like that she participates and the kid isn’t a brat.
She’s actually naturally stunning
IKR
Perfect example of generational trauma. Passed down from mother to daughter.
This is ridiculous, why they did this to these poor girls!!!
This is the best pageant mom. Ever. I can tell she just has her daughter do it bc she loves it and they both have fun. And she raised her daughter right
Pageants aren’t even about talent, they’re literally about how pretty the kid is
Unless it's natural
Kaylee seems to genuinely enjoy doing pageants and her mum seems much more levelheaded than the usual pageant mums!
“the audience was going crazy” the audience:😐
This was really adorable it didn't feel like Kaylee was forced at all she was having fun on stage and having a supportive and positive family helps her self esteem a lot ! Kudos to her family !
