Thanks for being honest.. “work rights, a shallow gesture, not offering anything in return”. Yes that’s what happened in my case. Spent almost 10 years in the country, studied n worked hard, saved nothing, expected never coming PR, now finally left the country. Conclusion, it wasn’t worth investing my time, energy and money in Australia.

Hope you are safe and well where you are. Still very uncertain if you will be able to come to study in Feb next year. To be safe I would consider a July intake if possible, or you can study online for the beginning but I don't feel that is good value for money. Keep following that dream! Sr EOI is valid for 2 years, then after finishing the validity the file has to lodge again?? Then the candidate loose the initial queue and enter into the new queue??

Do you know it the skilled occupation list for NSW will be updated in July? I have been studying and working in my desired field (disabilities services officer) for the last 6 years for it to now be taken off of the occupation list. Now looking like I have to up root my life and go to SA!

Hi Karl, thanks for the update! Any ideas of why my Work and Holiday 462 visa was granted last week but my exemption application under the category of family member was rejected? I'm Peruvian and applied for a WH visa in April (2021) and I got it granted last week. I suspect it might be because my de facto partner sponsored my visa this time. This is not the first time I get this kind of visa granted. I got one in Feb 2020 but I couldn't use it because of the borders restrictions which may be another reason why they granted my visa? I couldn't wait until the waivers come into effect by mid 2021 because my 31 st birthday is next month so I don't know if I'll qualify for a refund for my previous visa applied. Anyway I'll keep applying for an exemption but I thought they wouldn't grant someone a visa if they do not want them to enter OZ, right? Why would they reject my exemption then? I worry that my visa expires for a second time before they let me in. Any thoughts would be appreciate it. Thanks in advance!

So very well said about Partner visas. I have been struggling so hard to get my partner and my kids n the complications are never ending. I started to have a feeling that Aus says if you are married,then do not enter. People are family. We work n do everything for family. Its beyond my understanding as to why would the rules be so strict to get my own family.

But due to some unavoidable circumstances we couldn't apply for 491 Visa. Can we apply again Now and how much time it will take to accept EOI second time for Tasmania. Hello sir can you please explain how important the first entry, arrive by. I'm being confuse by the term. Visa granted at 22feb. 21 and for first entry, arrive by 22 feb. 22 and not must not arrive at 22 feb. 2026. Are we need to travel back in australia before or after feb. 22, 2022 for first entry.

Hi I am a chef with 10 years experience. I have already lodged my EOI 189 and 90 with 95points and 110 points. I am based in Sydney however I do have to go offshore to apply if I get my invitation.

im just devastated that enrolled nurses are not included in the visa190 eligible occupations. We pretty much do the same stuff registered nurses do tbh. :( I work as an enrolled nurse in aged care, and I'm a carer in disability as well. so hard to get PR in Australia :(

Sir I have lodge final 189 visa application since December 2019.occupation program developer with 85 point from pakistan.what are chances for grant visa?
I am in the same boat brother i applied it in same occupation in April 2020 but still no CO contact yet. Hoping by end of this year they will finalize all the offshore application.

Offshore processing will be on hold until travel permission resumes and it is just as well for you don't want the 491 visa granted then you cannot enter Australia. You will have to wait a while longer I'm afraid. Thanks for watching and supporting our channel.
