I'm 58 years old and my female doctor kept telling me i was too young when i started perimenapause ( I was 40) I had ALL the symptoms. I wanted to die. She wouldn't even take a simple panel blood test. I ended up going to a male colleague of hers and he had no problem doing the blood panel. Low and behold....I was in full blown menapause. I suffered for YEARS. Sweating so bad at night changing my pj's several times. I was soaking wet. Awful. No sex, energy, etc... i decided to do HRT and it was a game changer for me. What the doctor put me through was criminal. And she was our PCM as we are retired military and can only go to certain providers. It was an awful ongoing experience.

    Hello,
I’m in Canada Montréal. 45 old I had a big accident so my body shut down. I’ve been taking hormones since then. I’m 60 now. I wanted to stop and guess what I see I have less energy and my memory is not that good. I will start again. Because I had a head injury I do love to know how the brains work. Thank you for sharing your experience with others women.
