My last WW glider was the Ram Air. I became intimately familiar with the Raven, the Magic IV, and the WW Formula as well as the Ram Air. This looks like a lot of area 4 U. SUGGESTION: DO ALL YOU PREFLIGHTS CHECKS A MINIMUM OF TWO TIMES!!!
Nice work. Come to NZ and you can rig my Alpha 210 and fly her . They do have very different geometry and I have a hard time reaching up to do the nose wires and luff lines sometimes too . They als are terrible to rig and de-rig if it's windy, takes an even more technical approach to rigging so as to prevent her too be blown over .
I don’t know the difference in detail but the biggest one is the wingspan I believe. Alpha comes in 180, 210(235 now), Falcon comes in 145, 170, 195. Sail dementia tension designs are probably different to. Alpha flies floaty whereas Falcon flies with more speed, less forgiving comparison to Alpha.
Alpha is the first glider used to train a very new person first trying hang gliding. It has an even easier aspect ratio than the Falcon. It's even simpler and cheaper than the Falcon. Probably unnecessary though. I wouldn't be surprised if it's discontinued or will be soon.
I think it’s 10 inch diameter. It’s not a solid tire. Don’t know what it’s called. But looks like this. www.hanggliding.org/w/images/a/a5/BigWheels.jpg

NZ is def one of my bucket list places to visit and fly!
Nice video, it'll help a new pilot for sure :)
I hope so, and also hope people who are not in the air sport get interested in hang gliding😉
Do you need pod harness for a low price? I have one that is unused and sized for a smaller person, ~ 5 foot 7, 150 lbs.
Thank you for offering. I have a Woody Valley Libero pod harness so I’m good😊
Thank You, throughly enjoyed enjoyed this one "PORT is always LEFT on the table" did you get airborne?.
About to post my flight vid. Not too exciting, we’ll not in a good way anyways. You’ll see😅

Nice😁!
But are you going to bring a ladder later when you set it up on a hill?
Fly safe🪁!
😆 ya something like that. I think I can find a mini collapsible step of some sort.. or politely ask other pilot to pick me up…jk
@@nanoraflyz Ha, I am sure there is no shortage of fellow pilots willing to assist 😍
folding plastic step stool that fits right in the bag. 7 to 10 dollars
Nice 👏, How really time you spend to set up HG -?
Mmmm like 10min. If starting from putting together the control frame might take me 15-20min.
Oh ok I seen on IG thought you got your own..
Nah not yet. But hopefully not too far in the future.
I love you
I’m confused why WW makes the alpha and the falcon. They seem too similar. Maybe someone who has flown both would know.
