It’s not normal how many parents are murdering their own kids. It isn’t normal.
Not to be a conspiracy theorist but it could have something to do with over population, same behavior seen in rodents and apes when over crowded, they kill their young

@@farzana6676sadly there is definitely overpopulation all over earth now, the way the human race has rapidly grown over the last 20-30 has been absolutely dumfounding. Just do a bit of research. Look at china for instance.
This has all to do with society, technology/social media, justice system, and lack of funding to treat mental illness for cheaper costs or for free.

This case sounds like one of the most brutal cases I ever heard. In the news report they found she shot him six times with a shotgun. The damages must have made the body unrecognizable. I feel like she should get the death penalty over anything for just how brutal this crime was.
She shot him nine times actually. They gave her life in prison, but you know what? She’s going to have a fun time in prison once the inmates find out what this bitch did to her own child. May that poor innocent angel Rest In Peace and may she rot in prison.

I'm so glad the family is suing CPS and I hope they get every penny they deserve and I hope the caseworker in charge of his case sees jail time!!! because you had one job ONE JOB and that was to protect the child! I honestly think they just hire anyone to work for child protective services because how many times have we seen cases of children being put back into the hands of the abusive parent only to be later murdered by said parent? That sweet baby should still be here 😥
I don’t appreciate the bias towards people doing a job that you would fail at miserably. As a former foster kid it’s not CPS’s fault that there are crappy parents. How about it was the moms ONE JOB to take care of her kid and she couldn’t. You genuinely don’t understand how many kids get piled onto these caseworkers or how many people won’t go back into that field because of aholes like you throwing judgment out on a job you’d never be able to do.
The Father warned the CPS about the Mothers behaviour and they failed to act upon it

My young, late wife was the sweetest woman I ever met. She died in 2019, leaving behind me and our three young kids. All she wanted in life was to be a mother.

Wow this woman had a beautiful son, and took his life for no damn reason. This hurts my heart as woman who would do anything to have a healthy baby and raise them, and enjoy them. This is heartbreaking 💔

The courts don't give a god-damn about the safety of children. It's all about "rights" even if the mother in this case is an out and out basket case.

Child Protective service need to be held accountable and investigated throughly.
When CPS investigates mothers in many states, they start from a position of defending the mother instead of actually investigating the problems. When fathers go to court and state the mother is unfit judges, go out of their way to prove the father wrong.

This kind of stuff is always happening we have a failed justice system. My ex beat me for years and was never a father to our kids. His cousin and dcs worker made me let him see our kids, using police they physically took my son from me claiming I lied about the abuse. Last week he strangled my son. He’s being held on no bond. But police and government failed my son and me.

No. And often times abusers only start showing physically and emotionally abusive behavior a long time after the relationship starts. Plus she never mentioned that the abuse started before she had kids, it could’ve happened after you have no clue, so why risk the chance of blaming someone completely innocent. I don't think it's just to show woman in the bad light, I honestly think it's swept under the rug because Child Protective Services don't want that spotlight on them! how many times have we seen cases of children getting murdered by the abusive parent because CPS put the child back into their hands? This is happening way too much. I'm still not over the Gabriel Fernandez case, the mother and her boyfriend killed that poor boy and the images of his dead body are ingrained in my head 😥

i can't imagine how frustrated Tory feels after reading that article... multiple false charges of domestic abuse by the mother .. the mother not even trying to live up to the standards set by cps.. continually failing drug tests or just not showing up for them.. a home filled with trash and rotting food while the child is standing naked in that mess during cps visits.. behavioral issues that develop ONLY while in the care of the mother.. the son telling shocking stories as to his mistreatment at the hands of the mother and in spite of ALL of that and her decade long history of drug abuse and arrests they still closed the case and gave that kid to that clearly deranged and one of the most mentally unstable people you could imagine.

Damn he was only 6!? I saw the arrest clip, didn’t know his age, but figured it was some type of argument cause he was a teen or adult.
Key point at 1:30 seconds “This is a tragic and heartbreaking event that could’ve been avoided if Eli had never been returned to a dangerous home.” Case after case says this and people don’t listen. The system or whatever it is, is flawed. Gotta help the core first. Why return the cold if there were obvious evidence of something wrong with the parent. SMH The children pay the price for the choices the adults make.
