- Police body camera footage captures a dispute between Lindsay Shiver and her husband, ex-college football player Robert Shiver. She claims Robert pushed her as the family was packing to head off to the Bahamas but he denies it. Robert says he did not want his estranged wife to board their plane for the flight to the Bahamas. He also says she planned to meet her boyfriend. The officers left without making an arrest. Five days later, Lindsay was arrested for the alleged plot to kill her husband, a claim she denies.
Imagine having so much money that you own a private plane but you prefer to kill your ex than split the money.

That said, the idea that if someone is living in a mansion and flying on private planes, they must be living a life of bliss just doesn't hold water. I don't think living in poverty in North Korea would be a lot of fun but I'm not sure that getting to spend time with Kim Jong-Un at his luxury residence and flying with him on his private plance would be a particularly relaxing experience either.

I’ve watched the longer version and the entire time that the husband is explaining how she is essentially just using him for a ride to the Bahamas to see her boyfriend, she doesn’t even try to deny it. The dad continues to say that it’s confusing to the kids that she would ride with them there and then run off with her boyfriend (who is 10 years younger by the way) and he’s absolutely right. He seems calm. She seems like she’s having an early mid life crisis… ruining her life to be with a younger man. The longer version explains that her parents had to go down to bail her out and get her an apartment there because she can’t leave 😂

40 years ago I came home from my dad's sudden funeral and my husband was in bed with my best friend. I had a 2 week old baby and a 2 year old baby. Those babies saved us all. I fantasized about them being gone because the pain was unbearable. I'm glad I didn't act on my impulse because now I'm a grandmother and those two have had a horrible life.
