Correction for the Slaveinator: If I remember right, he actually had a keyboard he could use to type out whatever commands he wanted, and it just happened to have a few birthday-related shortcuts like cleaning up messes. That alone should've put it in S tier.

Norm is S Tier. After his introductory episode he's essentially Doof's Butler. He cooks, cleans, tidies, and does anything asked of him. Who wouldn't want one of those?
But more importantly, the one time Doof left him to his own devices, Norm turned himself into a weapon that puts the terminator to shame, and was the closest to taking over the Tristate Area compared to all of Doofs other schemes. He actually defeated Perry, and would have defeated him again even with the Nanobots, were he not powered by a Squirrel. Just give him a regular battery and he'd take over the world for you.
The only reason Doof doesn’t use Norm to win instantly is because he has a rule against using weapons, due to his belief that destroying the Tri-State Area makes it worthless to take over. Now that I think about it, that probably serves as an in-canon reason why Doof never makes any invention that can (directly) kill, beyond the obvious “it’s the Disney Channel” reason.
Second Dimension Doofenshmirtz wins by essentially just making an army of (really advanced) Norms. So it might be that the real, unstated difference between the two Doofs is that Second Dimension Doof is willing to use weapons directly, while First Dimension Doof is not. Both of them are *extremely* easy to nudge away from being legitimately evil, so it seems like the “evilness” of that Doof isn’t actually a factor towards their success.
@@Nathan-kk6lb There's also the matter of Doof spending most of his time using his Inators to get over his Trauma instead of actually conquering Danville. Evil Doof didn't have that to hold him back
I am kinda pissed you didn’t include the best invention of all The-Wrapped-Up-In-A-Nice-Little-Bow-inator. Very useful for the following

IIRC Doof’s building (with Doof in it) gets hit by it at the end of that episode, and Doof is fine, so it might not actually be able to kill people (other than maybe if you hit an internal organ or something).
What it basically seems to do is just turn anything into a TARDIS and compactify it (fully intact) into a tiny box until said box is opened, at which point it goes back to full size instantly with no damage. Which is still *crazy powerful* for all the reasons that a bag of holding, pocket dimension, TARDIS (minus time travel; although Doof did also canonically invent that separately…was Doof actually Rassilon this whole time?), Dragon Ball capsule, or Poke Ball would be. You could literally carry an entire army in your pocket, or move an entire Amazon warehouse in a Camry. Other than no-drawback teleportation and time travel, it’s probably the single most society-altering invention of Doof’s. Remember, Bulma is the richest woman on Earth in Dragon Ball thanks to her dad inventing basically the exact same thing (although actually with more drawbacks than Doof’s version: capsules can’t go inside each other and can’t carry living things, neither of which apply to Doof’s boxes).
Edit: I forgot about the Breadinator, which can transmute literally anything into bread, effectively solving world hunger. That might be a bit higher on the list of important inventions; although a lot of world hunger is apparently caused by transportation and distribution issues, so I’d probably still rank teleportation the highest.

The breadinator is actually a genius invention when you think about it WITHOUT the birds in the bird cage... You can LITERALLY SOLVE WORLD HUNGER by destroying old buildings and turning them into massive amounts of bread, considering if the machine doesn't make them hallow. A moment right out of the legends of Mythra feeding 100 people with an single foodstuff.
Also Turkey-inator, Juice-inator and Cupcake-inator. Also Duplic-8-inator, Duplicate-inator 2, Double-inator, Gigantinator, Make Things Larger-inator. And to make things easier - Wrapped-Up-In-a-Nice-Little-Bow-inator. Wrap a huge piece of food in a little box, and then make as many copies as you want. Then wrap a bunch of small boxes into one small box and make a bunch of copies. Repeat until it's enough.
He's ranking these based on how useful they'd be for taking over the world/Tri State Area if a competent villain had them. As helpful as those other inators are, there not so helpful for a supervilliain.

The fact that this guy is so smart he can potentially create world-ending and reality-shattering inators is terrifying on its own. I mean, we have an entire movie that shows us what an alternate reality Dr. Doofenshmirtz who took over the tri-state area and ruled it with an iron fist. This guy, if he does things right, can play god and no one would be able to stop him.

one thing you missed about the chicken replace inator that might have given it a higher ranking is that it isn't limited by range, in the Candace against the world movie doof uses it to teleport someone from a planet multiple galaxies away back to earth
Yeah, similar to the Christmas-Shoppinginator, its only real limitation is that Doof had a bizarre concept fixation when building it. It’s been established in a few places that Doof’s creations are limited more by his own thought processes than by any kind of technical restrictions. He’s more than likely totally able to make a “Teleport-Anywhere-In-The-Universeinator” if he wanted to, it’s just that nobody has pointed out that he *could*.
The few times where someone does point out that he could just sell his tech directly, like when he makes the inator that lets you eat as much you want without gaining weight and someone asks why he’s not just selling that or when that random patent of his starts being used in optometry and he starts getting royalty checks, Doof’s response is to be annoyed that people aren’t understanding his genius plan rather than just pivoting to making trillions of dollars from selling teleportation tech.

Somebody clearly did NOT watch the Doof Zombie episode. It canonically makes every single human outside of Danville into a zombie, and there is almost no chance of it being fully eradicated. Ever. If there’s a drought, you’re just cooked. S Tier, easily.

Turning giant buildings into bread can be quite damaging.
The material science required for the Raininator is insane. Getting free-standing metal pipe up to a cloud layer with a large shower head and pumping water all the way up there would be near impossible.

Something important to keep in mind is that, like Phineas and Ferb’s creations, almost every Doofenshmirtz invention that we see is conceptualized, designed, and constructed in at most 24 hours.
While plenty of people, even in the show itself, regularly bring up how crazy fast Phineas and Ferb can build things, many of their creations (not all of them by any means, but a decent number) are just massively scaling up something that already exists. While that is a wildly impressive feat, I’d argue that Doof is actually a slightly more powerful inventor than them since he’s regularly doing the equivalent of decades of R&D work in the span of a single day. Most Doof inventions barely even have a conceptual basis in modern science, yet he’s able to easily take them from random idea to reality in the span of a single day. While Phineas and Ferb have done that, it’s basically every single day for Doof, and often the inventions aren’t even the primary goal of whatever his plan is.
Even Rick Sanchez arguably has more established limits on his capabilities than Doofenshmirtz does.
