Replacing A Broken Toilet Handle and Old Flapper

I had a maintenance request come through for a broken toilet handle. When I arrived I also noticed that the flapper was starting to warp, allowing water from the tank into the bowl (running sound), that the fill valve water hose wasn't connected to the overflow, and the fill valve was also set too low so that it wasn't getting the proper flush power.
I swapped out the handle, replaced the flapper, raised the fill level and reconnected the water line to the overflow. Now the toilet is back in working order.
