There are a lot of personal settings that you can enter into the DX9. From your name, to volume settings of each parameter, mode, alarms and so on.

Ha ha ha! What caught my attention on your video was you mentioning someone's wife having to listen to the roller sound... Ha ha ha! That would not be a Happy Wife nor a Happy Life!
This was a very helpful video. Thanks for posting it.
Great stuff, a real time-saver, thanks Tony.
The very nice and informative transmitter I just got myself. Spektrum DX9. Now, it might be overkill as I not yet have flipped' any of my 3D Birds, only in my Phoenix Sim, where I do it well as there is no fear factor at all, logic ofc :) I'm at the point where I will do it one of these days IRL. But I do not wanna crash my Razor 500 SE, so I think my first flip will be with my Blade 230 S V2, I just hate repairs, it's NOT some I like and keep it to a minimum and pay me from the more bad crash, of which I had 2. But I can now change Swashplates and rotors-Blades, the whole top and basically all on a Blade 230 S, but I would not dear touch my Razor settings, as it's a much more powerful Bird and I need be sure it's in optimal condition when I fly it, so I take it to my local Hobby Store(where I just got a great offer on an older but good made and never flown Nitro Chopper, a Trex700 for only 600 USD, which I can't say no to, lol).
SO why did I buy this transmitter I not even understand?
Because, once you try to fly with it and it's set correct up, it's amazing, and especially for Choppers there need very precise input from the sticks, there feels a lot better than many other or the Spektrum DXe which is the cheapest one in their series I think. Also when you start stuff like flying inverted and negative pitch you need a good transmitter. But this video was great for me, as I only had my transmitter few days and had no clue about all this :) Thank you again, and I signed up to your channel in hope of other good stuff. Fly safe
Thanks a lot for the great videos on the DX 9

Hi... excellent dx9 video. I have an Align M690l with satellite receivers... Can U tell me the way to configure the fail safe if drone lost radio signal...????
Hey Rc-Help... Love the video's on the Spektrum radios. My problem is setting a chosen switch to Arm my Quads or any type of RC aircraft by using the soft ware Clean-flight or Beta flight. I'm sure you have knowledge on Flight controllers... I have some Quad racers, builds that are in progress and I'm starting to have a interest in RC planes. I have a DX5e, DX6 and a DX8. I get to a point in my builds where I need to set up the quad and radio with the soft-ware and set up my Arming switch. Any help will do or maybe a video on it, Thanks for your help.... Billy V

Is there a kit for changing the throttle to ratcheting? I need that?
Deutsch, not Dutch. It's the actual name of the German language.
