Mugabe sprit👍
Imagine what HARARE would be like in 2021if Zimbabwe didn't go through economic hardships? Paradise on Earth 🇿🇼❤🇿🇼
It would be paradise for sure 😍
I agree with you considering the kind of projects which were coming up in Harare towards the end of the 1990s. Harare could be very very far by now had things not turned bad. However, lets keep optimistic of good times ahead.
There is so much money in that city called "Harare". That's why bazungu can't leave Zim alone 🤞 much love to the whole continent
I like how similar our languages are as bantus. In Shona we call them "varungu" and in nguni languages like Zulu, Ndebele they call the abelungu. You know how we probably spoke the same language and we started pronouncing words differently as others travelled further down
Zim 🇿🇼 celebrates you too Dee. A solid shout out to Kenya 🇰🇪 and all Kenyans.
Aaaaaw I love Zimbabwe 🇿🇼 ❤

@@DeeMwango welcome
Harare and the whole country is no longer what it was before. It’s heartbreaking 💔 for us who know the real old Zimbabwe 🇿🇼. Of course MrZim is young and he doesn’t know any better Zimbabwe except this one he grew up in. But thanks for showing the positive about our country. It appears things have improved a little bit. Harare used to be busy full of people in the High street and even though there was lots of people in the city it was very organised and classy. The economy was good and booming. I hope Zimbabwe will go back to it’s former glory one day.
@@mticha9566 Mr Zim like many Zimbabweans acknowledges that Harare used to be better than what it is right now. But I like the fact he is doing something about helping tell the world that, despite the hardships and economic difficulties, there are still many positives about the countries, that is his contribution towards improving Zimbabwe. I'm guessing you saw the Harare of the 1980's and 1990's. That generation of Zimbabweans, many of us are guilty of having nothing good to say about our country, and it is us that have perpetuated the negative perception. I have now come to wonder how that will can the country. There will be no tourist or investors to the country. The younger people who have not left the country, have now taken it upon themselves to tell their NOW story (and not some glorious past they never saw), to determine the kind Zimbabwe they want, rather leave everything to politics and politicians to detect and shape a future for them. At some point in the history of Kenya, Nigeria, Zambia, their countries went through tough times (when our country was enjoying prosperity in the 80's-90's), but the young people of those times in those countries, out of pride for their countries carried with hope and those countries are starting to enjoy those fruits of sustained hope. I just imagine what Rwanda would be like if the people of that country were like Zimbabweans, hanging on to the past and being paralysed by bitterness to move on and develop their countries. Young people in Zimbabwe are starting to think big, realising that only themselves will emancipate themselves economically and develop the country, and not politics, not some Westerner from Europe or America or China, will come and give them a job. Age groups 20's and 30's have taken it upon themselves to do farming on a large scale, tourism, construction
@@earthlycitizen2155 I am quite aware of all the staff you on about. I follow Mr Zim because I love his videos which are showing the positives of Zimbabwe 🇿🇼. If it were not of him I wouldn’t have known of the developments which are taking place now. I mentioned that Zimbabwe was even much better than what it is now because I wanted the young Kenyan blogger to know that it was even well developed and much better than what it has become now. I don’t get it why I shouldn’t mention it. I know the history of all the countries you mentioned and visited 2 in the 90s. They were not even nearer to Zimbabwe then. Just like you l want our youth to take the lead and engage themselves in projects and create employment for themselves. Should change their mind set and start getting dirty and start rebuilding the country. The people who are guilty of destroying tourism in Zimbabwe 🇿🇼 knows themselves. I’m not one of them!! I’m for empowering youth and wish we have more like Mr Zim putting Zimbabwe back on the map. I’m passionate about my country and would like it to go back to its former glory and even better.
We love you here in Zimbabwe 🇿🇼,thank you Dee
Aaawh I love you right back ❤
Harare is underrated. Everyone who goes there first time is blown over. Some of these suburbs there are some of best in the world. But if you only know Zimbawe from news channels you will never know how beautiful it's cities are. Mainstream media will not see heaven lol
Harare is beautiful... Much love from Zambia.
Aaawh thanks so much 🙏
Looks similar with Nairobi Kenya but it's not well advertised internationally. We have very negative information about Zimbabwe but this youtuber is doing it justice.

East African countries are the most developed and still developing on infrastructures in a very high speed, visit Kenya and see whats going on there.

Dee- your cinematography and musical selections are phenomenal. Harare is beautiful with immense new infrastructure. Love how Dee is spinning the narrative on Zimbabwe; it is not what the Western media depicts. Your tour guide history diatribe is phenomenal and very informative. Beautiful park and vintage old and contemporary architecture.

That fountain we once threw a herald reporter in there during a UZ demo in the 90s, then I once got crazy drunk and had to dip my feet in there to sober up.

Beautiful city magnificent building wide roads no jostling bètween traffic........just great.
Thank you for the tour all the way from Guyana.
Wow....I have always called it 'Salisbury'....the Sun Shine City! The layout of that city is top notch! The British really did a fantastic job; then came in the natives who have really tried to keep it great under difficult economic oppression from the west. Keep up the great works Zimbos. Salisbury/ Harare my dream city that I have only visited on photos and clips. Lusaka loves you beautiful Salisbury :-)
@oscar bunda, thank you for your compliments but i think most people in Zim would like the City to be identified as Harare, as I'm sure people in your country would like your country to be identified as Zambia and not as Northern Rhodesia. I would to extended an invitation to you to visit Harare
@@earthlycitizen2155You most welcome. I understand you loud and clear - Harare it is! For sure, not Northern Rhodesia but Zambia. Over the years, I have spent countless hours reading and watching various clips/videos about colonial and current Harare and Zimbabwe as a whole. Thanks for the invitation, I shall visit sooner than later and explore our fantastic city!
Aaawh lots of love
@@earthlycitizen2155 very well said... Thank you
Yes, they did a good job no doubt. However, it should be noted that most of the modern buildings were built after independence. 😛

Whats striking about Harare is how organised and well-planned it is. The wide paved roads and functional traffic lights. You cannot compare this with most African countries.

I miss my Country hey, stay safe ❤🙏💓💕💙 we love you so much Dee
I only know that Mugabe never wanted to give up control to anyone else once he became President . I know of one particular family who came from there to live in my country part time between canada and Bahamas . I was devastated when this man did not allow free election and now his legacy is all negative and his wife has to suffer now that he is gone. It goes to show this type of control does not pay. I hope the rest of Africa learns.
Amazing, the outfit is for you is very beautiful dee❤❤

When I say that we used to call Harare as the mini London in Africa in the 1980s, I know what I am talking about. And their park is very beautiful. Unfortunately, the British did not leave Lusaka with a park like that park when the two countries were ruled from Salisbury (Harare). I have been to your Uhuru park in Nairobi & it is beautiful too. The only difference about Harare today is that I can’t see any white skin or coloureds which were more visible than black skin on the streets when I last visited there. Still, Harare remains a beautiful city & Zimbabwe remains a beautiful country with good industries.
Its still beautiful 😍😍
There's plenty of whites and coloureds still in Zimbabwe. They never left. Most were born there.
Close to 4 million Zimbo’s of all races have left the country since the economic collapse and political unrest which started in the year 2000. Rhodesia/Zimbabwe used to have the second largest White population in Africa.
@@kaydeemaps3152 Not all but many Whites have left.

I am from Indonesia, unfortunely some persons from my country has trapped in stereotype that Zimbabwe is a pathetic country, because their currency that very low.
Mostly of them dont know that mostly countries in southern africa is developed countries. As i know trouble is came to Zimbabwe because Mr Mugabe did landreform, that makes some governments from western countries are feels fed up then did stir up Zimbabwe curency.
Thanks so much for watching share the video to your friends to see how Zim is beautiful 😍😍
