In my life as a CEO of a family LLC and now retired... looking back there's lots of things I would've changed if I'd had the benefit of a mentor first. I certainly did the best I could but other family members were a constant hindrance. I probably should've fired some or passed on hiring some too but they were family. Those same people sued me after I left the business for no action of mine but for those of my parents who owned the vast majority of the "shares". My advice to anyone involved in a family business is don't allow yourself to become the CEO. Too much jealousy and envy from the ones you're providing a living for. They complain the most and contribute the least.

Very nice. I hope this gives you more time to travel and discover more offshore options as HNWIs are moving offshore more and more. I hope it gives you more time to make YT videos. Your channel has educated me more than ANYTHING else on what trusts are and how to best utilize LLCs. Im sure you are going to add much more value to your company as semi-retired CEO just by educating the public.
