    Ingredients:
    170gms unsalted butter, at room temperature
    124gms packed brown sugar
    85gms granulated sugar
    1 large egg and 1 egg yolk
    2 tsp vanilla extract
    290gms all-purpose flour
    1 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp salt
    Instructions:
    Prepare the Dough:
    In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
    Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
    Combine Dry Ingredients:
    In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt
    Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, mixing until a dough forms.
    Chill the Dough:
