I dont think that cause its not chords that decide the beats its drum(Rhythm) i guess , if chords would count the what would you like to say about hotel California into chords!!!

Means we already taking drum into consideration.....if chord change after 2 beat means song is 2/2.... If after 4 beat means song is in 4/4.... Hotel california is 4/4 with 16th note strum😀

Sorry bro...but here you are wrong.....2/2 and 4/4 can only be judged according to chord changes.....if chord change after 2 beat...means song is 2/2.... And if chord change after 4 beat then song is 4/4.....
