I had one if there is an alarm system there is an ignition reset button under the steering wheel.
I’ll give it a look
Well a good place to start is see if it has a seized motor . Or the starter is not up to it .Then flue in the crabs . There is a long list . But just go in to it a bit more.
It’s not seized, but thanks for the advice I’ll do some more digging
