I had encountered similar kind of incident, when is use to work as a chef in Taj. A person entered the coffee shop and was speaking with waiter. Somehow the being a north indian not understand the customer language he called for help. When i went spoken with the customer with his attire i came to know he cant afford the food as he was oy asking for tandoori roti. I spoken with waiter that take order of the roti i will provide the curry and dont charge for curry. We make him comfortable and make him feel special. When he leaving he told that some of his relatives have told that he cant afford to enter in star hotel. But we tried our best to gave him best experience i want thank the waiter who supported me in this.
