I had to re-watch this video. I was so excited to watch the whole process and i must say its fulfiling. I never knew they even scrub the pen house, wow, this is amazing info. Am soon starting will contact you soon

Nice rubber boots!! Curiosity: You use sport crew socks or you use socks above the ankle or you use low ankle socks or you use no show socks with rubber boots?
With the mothers who have the new babies have you guys thought about maybe using a cut and carry system until the kids are strong enough to go out with the others say maybe keep them from grazing for 2 weeks. Reasons being it seems a long time for them to be away from their moms especially the fact they are newborns and proper feeding in the early stages can have a great effect on growth
Thanks for the great work you are doing as well as sharing your valuable insights. If I am staring with 30 goats and I already have my land, what would be my initial capital requirement?
Hello Value farm i was your followers from canada and now i landed to Uganda to meet you guys , do you have any training or time for giving counseling i need any info thank you so much .
You guys, the Somali people have more than 600 years back for all livestock experience including goats . By the way Somali goats are very good genetics called Galla Goats or Somali goats.
Man, Somalis don't know how to rear livestock. They just herd them without seriously taking care of them. They don't see parasites as serous and disease carrying organisms.

Do your goat go out of the fence to graze?
Chris from Cameroon
I love what you are doing but unfortunately we don't have this exotic breeds in Nigeria.

How do you clean the exercising yard as it is full of grasses? I think it can be a source of issues.
We actually cleared all the grass from the exercising yard and we put dry grass as the bedding for the kids.
Hello.thank you for the great videos..do you allow the kids to nurse only twice with their mother ?
Good work madam

Sorry about that. Management very crucial. Keep training them and look out for competent staff to help out.

Amazing good work Value Farm, thanks.

Can you tell, what superficie for 10 goats to graze?
I've noticed the kids aren't tagged yet, when is the right time to put tags on kids?
We tag the kids after 8 weeks
And when they're ready to go grazing with the mums.
So it's not necessary to tag at birth? For example, to keep record of which kid is born from a certain doe etc
@@bernice7814 You can't tag the kids at birth. Take note of nanny and buck tag numbers for record keeping purposes and when the kids are old enough ( 8 weeks) tag them too.

How many goat do you have on how many acres approx?
Tt
How many acres should I have? For 300 goats
How many goats are in the goat house?
What is the ratio of female goats to bucks do you maintain?

Hey valuefarm ve always watched your farm videos but I would like know where your farm location is thanks ‘Walter form Uganda

What is the number of that herd , beautiful. How many goats will be sufficient for a 20 acre parcel free range shrubby kind
It really depends on the plan of the farm. But over 200 goats can be sufficient for 20 acres of land
What size of land do I need to keep like 50 to 100 goats.
But thank you so much
You can get 3 to 5 arces depending on the grazing type you want to practice.
Zero grazing or free range
@@ValueFarmUG ancre at how much around those areas
Who you have people who stay there at the farm? How do you seperate males and females all the times, coz I know males always hunt for the females
Waiting
Thank you 😊
I love it😍
Thank you so much
Thax for the vedio, we are really learned alot, then i ddnt see an female worker at the farm please try to be bias wen offer employment opportunities, women also they can produce good work, thank you
We actually have female workers at the farm. Our assistant manager is a lady and we also have females helping with the cooking and other chores.
How do I get this germ plasm of your goats
Why do you separate kids from their and from male and the female
不错哦在哪里呢
the local goat my parents have anytime we get close to their house 🏠 they will be eating sometime they will be eating the one that they store in their mouth
Great and inspiring looking at how far u guys have reached. How often do u do that Scrubbing?
Thank you so much. It's been a journey.
We scrub the goat house daily.
Great content but why separate male and female?
We separate the females and males to
avoid inbreeding in the farm.
@@ValueFarmUG thanks for the clarification
@@ValueFarmUG Does that mean they also graze separately ?
how much do u sell Ur goat
How do you manage to match the kids to their mothers
The kids always know their mothers. But we have a person on duty to give the kids to the right mothers. The tags also help us a lot.
Love you more madam Tina good up my dear
Thank you so much
👏👏👏
Thanks 😊
How on earth have you been able to possess so many goats in so short a time?😁🐐🐐🐐
It's been a journey and we always share everything here.

Boss goats multiply very first
If 1 goat can give u 3 kids a year
So if u hv like 20 nannies
In a year u can check
They had a video where the farm bought some extra goats, go back and check their videos
