Manchester Marathon '24 Mile by mile

My first organized marathon of the year and it was on my home turf.
I'll be making another video talking about the ups and downs but I wanted to get this mile by mile breakdown out quick because I love watching other peoples breakdowns!

That’s awesome, a few others said that say you. I’m really impressed you can manage to do an amazing time like that with such a split focus! And I can’t even begin to imagine how many times people said “don’t drop em” to you along the way 😅😂

I hazard to guess that the Venn diagramme overlap of people who can run a 3:34 marathon and those who can jiggle for 3:34 with only two drops is incredibly small.
