No no I don’t think I will though I’ve moved to more Bjj functional movements for everything else I’ve loved benching since 13. I’ve maintained benching at least 405 for nearly 15 years injury free ( 475 life time pr) and I don’t plan to stop now that I’m 40. I mostly do sets or 8-12 reps with 315 but I still do jumps to just test where I’m at. I just enjoy close grip tricep focused benching
I really enjoy using the rings for pushups and dips.
That’s what I love about you guys there’s so much to know and yeah I only do bench press whenever I have pt session.
