So on 1/4/2019 in your example.

See DRR is just a book entry where we just freeze our profits according to legal requirement and no actual funds move because of it.
We create DRRI not only amount equivalent to DRR but also more i.e 15% and here funds are involved.
And then before redemption we sell DRRI
And after redemption we reverse DRR book entry.
