Installing van led strip lights[MERCEDES SPRINTER] Ryan's mobile mechanic

This video is not a how to it is just a quick video of me installing x3 interior led strip lights to a Mercedes sprinter, I had 3 vans to do on that day so I had to make the most of the time I had to finish the installation.

Hey mate my van that I bought had these installed that turn on when i open the doors. Its just stopped working all together. Any idea how I can fix it?

These lights are spot on, Got them in my own van too and been good for years 👍

Would have wired them into old interior lights and removed Mercedes lamps what I used to do at Mercedes it has a 7.5 amp fuse to power them 👍

Where did you connect from to get the power?

Direct from battery through a fuse 👍

@@mrautoservices7354 ok cool, I'm looking to do this myself, can you not come off of an existing lighting circuit then? So like a fused spur?

@@waynedunne4838 You can if you wish, But it doesnt take much to run a power feed for it to be its own circuit on this style of van

@@mrautoservices7354 I'm in a renault trafic. The existing lights have been disconnected for some reason, not sure where the fees comes in from, so how do you connect the lights to a fuse? Can you send me a link for a diagram possibly?
