That rear is shaping up really well. I’m amazed at how you managed to strengthen/restructure the “inner-skeleton” so that, as if magically, you can attach your stampings and exterior moldings... Great reconstructive SURGERY Doc!!!👍🏼
I WONDER: ¿will you be applying some type of “felix-anticorrosivos” treatment or SEALS to prevent THIS from ever happening again especially between panels....?

Thanks man! I give my more or less best :) Between the between the panels is zinc and or Inox-Spray/Welding primer. and laterI#ll make some owatrol or something else between the metal and later a sealing on top of the edges. Thanks, I'm searching more or less every day for a new garage... its not easy to find something in cologne... especially when you are a car guy. Your are welcome :) Two more hours to listen to my words, writing the english subtitles and put it on the right timestamps. I hope the non German speakers enjoy it :)

Kenn ein paar die Braten speziell an der Ladekante und weil es auch schön gerade abgekantet ist und nichts speziell geformtes ein Blech aus rostfreien Stahl rein.
Puh, davon bin ich kein Freund weil, das bei so einem großen Teil aus Edelstahl zu Kontaktkorrosion kommen kann. Meine Bleche sind einfach nur verzinkter Stahl und das passt ganz gut, denke ich :)

Hello Felix! I'm a big fan of your UA-cam series! The edits are very handy for my own w460 project! I was wondering how you order your new body panels. In The Netherlands there are very limited OEM parts available and I need quite a few ;). Would appreciate the help!
Hey Steyn, thank you :) You should go to your local Mercedes Benz dealer and order there..... This should work.... Sometimes several parts are not available for a time.

Safe! Werde den natürlich behalten... ich habe viel zu viel Arbeit in den Wagen gesteckt, als dass sich ein Verkauf lohnen würde. Bisher über 1000Stunden... Will den ja noch biusschen so Richtung Overlander/Vanlife ausbauen und dann für 2 Jahre nach und durch Afrika damit :)
