I have made this with pork before but after i mix the egg in and then fry.. I feel there’s egg pieces that flake off the cakes. Is this normal or am I not mixing the egg well enough ka?

Maybe, that's why I always make sure everything is mixed, and I like to let it sit for a few minutes before cooking it ka 😊
