Why people are disgusted by indians is not because using hands.. Its the cooking and selling, handling money, giving out foods at the same time, plus dirty cook space
Sure, as long as you cook with clean utensil, clean place, closed room, and clean habbit.. Hand no touch anything except food material and related to it..
Bare hands while cooking is never a problem, as long as proper hygiene, cleanliness and food handling is observed . You know, like there are no flies hovering about, cooking equipment are actually clean and not covered in grease or grime, when hands are washed properly after every task and not just dipped into the same bucket of murky water, when ingredients are handled well and not flung about the work station, when food is prepared on a clean table and not on the floor too close to someone’s feet, when oil is changed constantly and does not look like thick soy sauce, and food is served in clean barbecue sticks or proper plates and not on dirty printed paper, recycled boxes and unwashed leaves. Yep, nothing wrong with bare hands at all.
I'd like to know these beautiful colors are made from what? Purple, Yellow, Orange and Green. My guess would be purple from taro, yellow from yellow beet, orange from carrot, and green from spinach??? Any corrections??? Thanks for helping.
12:00 that fish ball technique is really something I could do when i make meatballs.. i usually make them one by one into a spoon then put them in broth, but I could squeeze them onto the back of a santoku knife to make several at a time😛thanks for the upload

Another thing, besides hotdogs, this is literally the only thing I know that we make a paste and turn it into food where a lot of people love to eat. They even sell just the broth. Can you imagine drinking hotdog broth? No, but fish cake broth? it will warm your soul.
