I know the pain bro. On my 33rd birthday me and my wife of 6 years were both gunned down. She didn't survive. She died right next to me. I lost myself for 2 years after that... and now 11 years later it still affects me to this day in ways i can't even understand. I definitely felt your story brother. Stay strong.💪🏾 Its all we can do.💯

This is bigger than most realize considering the type of programming Shannon comes from. High-energy, fast-paced discussions/coverage about sports, and he’s made a great transition into more laid-back, chill conversations about everything. He’s a curious guy but still very patient, pays attention to his guests and lets them talk as much as they want before jumping back in at an appropriate place. Great stuff and I think he’ll only get better with time.

This was definitely a traumatic experience for him, because he’s explaining detail by detail, getting to ahead of the story, & going back. He most likely has ptsd & he doesn’t even know it. How do I know? ever since he didn’t go back. Nothing but love for 21. ❤

Wow, this guy has been in a lot of trauma. Someone needs to do some kind of research how people pass through crazy trauma still living life normal.

I've been saying for the longest, just think how many children in low income areas experience trauma, go on to deal with PTSD. Then have to grow up "normal" by the rest of the country who never has to deal with that life.
