The are from Russian and Turkish origins
Xinjiang wasn't Chinese city, it was From a country called East Turkistan, but china took it from long time
Jody maya XinJiang was Chinese territory back to 2nd century and its name literally means old land returns new, and uyghurs are neither the first nor the only ethnic group living there. East Turkestan was founded with the help of you Russians in 19th century which only existed for a short while so I understand why you said that.

跟新疆多语言环境有关，很多新疆本地人可以讲好几种语言，学习新的语言也没有太大的障碍，很多卷舌音新疆人从小就会，我自己就会维语，哈萨克语，英语，俄语!

迪丽热巴没有说英文的环境，可以说的这样蛮不错了👍👍👍她9岁就在开始学跳舞，之后考了戏剧学院表演系，不知道艺校对学英文的要求怎样。如果她花时间去学习英文，肯定会学的很好。I believe if she invest some time and effort to learn ANY language, she would definitely be fluent in that language.

迪麗熱巴的發音很不錯，但是語法還是有些問題，但她不是native speaker，大學也不是語言專業，非常好了！其實學語言最重要的就是大膽的參與對話，不要怕説錯，像她這樣聰明和高模仿力的女生，在國外學習强化幾個月就會提高很快的！
维吾尔语和土耳其语类似，她们学英文本来就是有一些优势的。当然她一定也很勤奋哦！

I love Dilireba and whenever her name crops up with anything, I click... and I am so glad this was not a bait, It was informative and I got to see Dilireba speak English. I am trying to speak in Chinese and I cannot even speak one line properly and I can imagine how hard it must be for Dilireba to manage English. As speaking in English in China and most of the Asian country is looked upon as being Westernised and not respecting their own language and culture, So, Its quite hard to learn when you have no one to interact with. Many artists were snubbed by the public in Korea and China because they were fluent in English and spoke their native language in an accent.
I am a Chinese and I think you are right ,a lot of Chinese people pay no attention to English.But English is an international language so it is very necessary to learn it well.But as you konw to learn a language the environment of communication is very important，you need to talk to someone in this language so that you can improve rapidly. At last hope you can learn to speak Chinese slowly. Best wishes from China.
@@cruisetom6971 I understand its a universal language and it benefits greatly if you know several languages. It adds to the charm and talent. I have seen BlackPink Lisa interview in Paris and she was clueless and about to cry. She has good command over her English but that confidence does not come easily, One knows that if they answer one question in English then the other question will be unstoppable.
BTS only RM speaks in English, As hard its for me to learn Chinese, I know even after 5 yrs I would not be able to pluck up the courage to speak like a native. As No one cares about Chinese or Korean language in my place.
So, In that way Actress and Artist, they are so focused on their craft that the only place they hang are their family and friends and coworkers who are comfortable with their own languages.
So able to master even a few words and use it accordingly is FEAT. I laud Dilireba to be able to speak so beautifully. More power to her.

跟是维族人有关系。我原来邻居是一家维族人，大人小孩都会说普通话、维语和英文，而且他们刚来美国，英文都是在国内学的，说得很标准。因为维语和汉语差很远，他们就从小有学习完全不同语言的能力。因为从小就会两种差得很远的语言，所以基本的元音辅音也天生就会更多，舌头、嘴唇都更灵活，掌握的音调也更多。
