best quality for this episode. thank you, mr. von pein! :) it's a simple little story, not very deep or surprising. but really well told and acted. i think this story has a greater impact if you've reached a certain age. i'm at a point at my life now where i'm looking back thinking about the roads not taken. which is especially emotional when it comes to relationships that perhaps ended too soon... asking myself what could have been if i was more patient and understandingly, giving the relationship another chance. well, this question can never be answered. those ships have already sailed. stories like "Postage Due" at least show you that you're not alone with those questions and that they're probably as old as mankind itself. greetings from germany!

I was 12-13 years old when I started listening to these in the dark at bedtime. 10 pm every night. Then the CBS News. Loved them then and now.
