Haha yea my dad has two in one cage, one female one male so they don’t fight. And the little one (baby) literally ate the cricket I was trying to feed the female since she was bigger at the time. The thing was like twice his size I was so impressed/freaked out lol

Blub I was going to post a video of Fitz funny moments! But I usually put the worms in there and mix them in the calcium so he knocked it over... again.... and got his head stuck all the way in there! I felt so bad but it was so funny. I have it on video I will post hopefully soon! And yes I can! :)

Haley lolz! You can! I have done this before but just a warning, your bearded dragon might freak out and try to climb off of you. When I did this with Fitz, he freaked out and scratched me up everywhere because he wanted to get down. I do suggest you still use a leash and harness to keep your beardie close because they can run! :)

I take my beardie out without a harness or leash and he doesn't run off :)
whatever works just be careful, but I suggest having either a balloon or something brightly colored in case he accidentally gets hidden in the grass so you can see him.
Just make sure you watch him or big birds like eagles or hawks could fly down and get him

Hi Taylor, THANK YOU very much for this video!! I adopted my Beardie just over 1 month ago and I have watched EVERY video I could find about diet, soaking, playing and everything in between. I just want to make sure that he is SAFE ,WELL FED +" HOPEFULLY HAPPY! I bought 1 of those harnesses from Amazon, but try as I might, I just CAN'T figure out HOW to get it on him! I really like YOURS and I plan to make a few of those for him. It also looks very secure--- many years ago I had numerous Iguanas of various sizes and I bought harnesses for them, but they were totally different than this 1 that I got from Amazon. I am so sorry scared that he's going to bolt and GONE!!! I'M disabled, so I wouldn't be able to run after him, or even stoop to reach down to grab him. This video gives me "hope". I can't wait to make a new harness and see how/IF he likes it!!! 👍

I was worried to bring my bearded dragon outside because he's super sassy and doesn't like not being able to roam around. Turns out he LOVES it outside! He's super chill and loves to sit on my shoulder and warm up in the sunlight. His beard wasn't puffed up or black, and he showed no signs of stress. Now we have a fun thing to do when it's warm! I don't actually have a harness for him yet, but I'm planning on getting him one soon!
Hey, she made a video of how to cut a sock to make one, i did it aswell and used some 5-50 cord for the leash, hope this comment helps, temu the shopping app, has them for like 5 to 10$ too, so the sock thing is temp.
I have a park outside my dads house so when you said that it helped me a lot
I make harnesses for my beardie out of can koozies. Just cut the bottom off and down a seam, line the inside with duct tape (so their spines, don't get caught in the material), cut arm holes, and punch a couple of small holes in the top corners for a draw string. Sounds harder than it is, it only takes about 10 minutes to make. My Kevlar has several different "outfits", and they're cheap.

Wow good tip about checking pavement temperature. My beardy is still too small for walking, but I do research about everything now including walking. When he will be bigger I will probably try and take him for a walk on my back yard. I also was thinking to buy playground for him. But I don’t know if it’s a good idea.

Dang AND 1 sock that was a set, but one became holy-ier than the pope, so i used the other one, chopped it up, after taking measurements of Rizzel, and boom! He really did not appreciate the fact i had to put it on him, but i assure you, he feel back asleep as soon as i picked him up, so i do not believe he minds it, his "what i call," shoulder pads, were comfy, but yes i will upload that video tomorrow. My boy is very well trained for a beardie that has never really been trained before, but i decided to make one and put the harness on him, because when i nod off with him sleeping on me and me chilling outside i dont have to risk him running off and not coming back, he has ran off while i was sleeping with him passed out on me, but came back and climbed up me and passed back out on my shoulder... I love my beardie Rizzle, fo shizzle, that is the dizzle.

I bought a bearded dragon yesterday , he is three years old and he eats really large crickets are they ok for my bearded dragon?
Crickets are great for beardies! The good rule of thumb is that your crickets not be larger than the width between your dragon's eyes. But with a three-year-old, you should be fine with all sizes (larger is better for bigger beardies). Also, make sure you take any remaining crickets out of your dragon's cage before bedtime. They can stress them out or pick at them. :)
Dubia roches are way better, one rouch = 5 crickets

Great video Taylor! I don't know if Nipsey's the walking type, but will def get it on cam if we do (or try, because I believe "trying" is as far as we're going to get). Maybe have something like a "walking fail" vid or something. Nips is too spoiled, I could only see him going on a walk if we made a little wagon or something for him, lol. And look at lil' Fitz in his collar, what a handsome little man :)
Bedroom Beardies Yes!!! Please try to walk Nipsey! It's okay if he's lazy, him and Fitz are distant twins! Fitz won't move unless there's an insect in sight or I'm carrying him lol. And Fitz thanks you very much for the compliment! :)
